Not So Serious

You yelled

I cried

You wonder why

I need my space

I shut my door

A blanket on the floor

Not so serious

I laughed

Your temper flew

You saw my made up bed

The floor

Was clean

You saw

The desk

Clean

The imperfection

Just one

So serious

You yelled

You shut my door

The tears they fell

I need to leave

But I am jailed

My nose is running

My eyes are red

The itch to run

The itch to pain

The itch to crawl away

Go to bed

Cry to sleep

A picture

My mom

She smiles

I frown

Not so serious

I tell myself

But I choke

I sob

The tears they fall

Not so serious
