I have known

You for quite a while

You made me laugh

You made me smile

You made me cry

But don't worry

This ain't a love song to you

I just want you to know

I don't want you to go

Lately, I have felt happy

It's a weird sensation

I have been in the dark for so long

Talking to you has made it better

You're the best friend I have ever had

I'll tell you anything

You'll tell it like it is

I want you to know that

This ain't a love song

This is a don't go away

I know you hate reading

So you might not finish this

I don't care

It's something I came up with

For I love you as my best friend

Probably never will

Getting up in the morning

To see a message from you

Makes me more Happy
