"I would definitely enlist the gang to get him for killing ya." Alyssa said.

"The whole gang?" Randy scoffed, "It's so tiny. You'd have better luck defeating Cherry." It's grown. Alyssa, Evelyn, Maria. There are so many more people in it now.

"Yet I seem to remember winning in a one on one fight against you. If I alone can do that, I know the whole gang could easily whip Dal." Tess said, her tone biting.

"I wasn't trying my hardest." Randy said, sneering.

"And I wasn't either." Tess said smoothly.

"Adderson, you're clear." Mr. Hollister said, "Mathews, Cade, and Curtis, you're suspended."

"Okay." Tess said, "You can do that. I don't care." She was so motivated to get through this, and get a scholarship for college. What happened?

"What?" Pony shouted. I wanted to shout that to, but I was too scared to.

Sophie was a twelve year old high school senior, who also happens to know what we don't need to know in the Lost Cities. Tess transmitted, We'll be fine.

"Do you want a suspension, as well, Curtis?" Mr. Hollister asked, glaring at Pony.

Pony smirked, before saying, "Yeah, I would." He's picking up some of Tess' sass.

"You're suspended." Mr. Hollister tried to glare holes through him, but Pony's glare was fiercer.

"You know what?" Tam asked. "This place is awful. Even Exillium is better than this. I'm done." The school you go to if you get banished. If I saw it, I might think it's better than here. Pretty much anywhere is better than here.

"I'll say." Linh said, "There you learn useful things."

"Body temperature regulation." Tam said.

"Night vision." Linh added.

"Appetite suppression." They learned some pretty useful things, if you're a greaser, here.

"The list goes on." Linh said, smiling.

"Sounds tough." Two-Bit said.

"It's hard, but not impossible." Tam said.

"Nothing's impossible." Linh said, "Sophie would've been considered impossible." She is pretty amazing. I never knew people like any of them ever could've existed.

"True." Tam said.

"Your suspension starts now." Mr. Hollister said. He's so crooked, I'm surprised he doesn't look crooked. His personality radiates sleaziness, but appearance wise, he doesn't look the tiniest bit crooked.

"We're just gonna grab our stuff." Two-Bit said, grinning wildly. "And friends." he muttered quietly. Evelyn and Maria. My little sister.

We walked out of his office, and towards our lockers, until Alyssa and I broke off to get Maria and Evelyn.

"Johnny, who do you want to get?" Alyssa asked.

"I'll get Evelyn, you can get Maria." I replied, "Ya know, you're a real good kid sister."

"Thanks." Alyssa said, grinning. "You're not too bad, yourself."

"Hey!" I said, "Just not too bad? Not great?"

"You're amazing." Alyssa said, hugging me. I hugged her back, relishing the feeling of having both of my kid sisters in my life.

I turned right, while Alyssa went straight, as we went to get our family. Even though not all of us are blood-related, we're stronger than ever. We're strong together.
