Jughead x Reader - River Vixen

          

You becoming a river Vixen and  then having a disagreement about it with Jughead

It was the start of school yet again but you promised that this year you would be different, that you would start being the better version of yourself, confident, tall, sexy you. And one of those steps was becoming a River Vixen.

"We're Blue and Gold and dynamite we'll take you down and fight the fight whoo go bulldogs!" you cheered and then came to a stop in front of Cheryl

"Where's the heat, where's the sizzle."

"I'm not finished yet." you ask one of the vixens to press play and start dancing.

You took in deep breaths as you finished and smirked at the girls in front of you. Cheryl stands up.

"Well it looks like Bride Hobo got some moves over the Summer. What did you do?" she questioned

"Gymnastics and dance classes." you told her

"Why do you want to be a River Vixen?"

"I wanna be better version of myself and what way to do that then the embodiment of what I want to become. So what do you say, willing to give me a chance?" you put your hand on your hip question. She looked to her minions who nodded

"Bride Hobo no more, welcome to the River Vixens y/n." You gave a wide grin.

You wore your new River Vixen uniform with pride and strutted down the corridor holding your books as people stated at the new recruit. You saw the football team heading your way.

"Damn y/l/n/ you got sexy during the summer." Reggie Mantle commented

"My eyes are up here Mantle. Move."

"Burn." his friends laughed and you spotted your boyfriend.

"Hey Juggie." he turned around and looked you up and down.

"What are you wearing?"

"My Vixen uniform of course. I tried out and got it. Isn't that awesome." you grin at him.

"You never told me you were trying out."

"Why to you think I've been doing extra gymnastic and dance lessons over the summer, Juggie." he rolled his eyes an your smile dropped.

"Your seriously having this reaction because I'm a River Vixen."

"This isn't you y/n."

"This is me, or have you just been ignoring the fact I've wanted to be a River Vixen since Freshman year."

"To be honest I thought it was a phase." you scoff

"A phase?"

"Yeah." he shrugs

"Wow, I mean if this is what you think of me being a River Vixen that I dread to think of anything else I'm working towards."

"See you're already changing and you haven't been in the uniform long."

"I would have the same reaction Jughead if I hadn't gotten through with what you just told me. I get your not a huge fan of the blue and goldness of the school clubs but this has meant a lot to me, given the fact you knew my Mom was a Vixen when she attended." his face dropped as you told him.

"I didn't know." you felt a tear fell

"You mean you didn't listen, I get it I mean why would what your girlfriend has to say mean anything to you." you walked away
