Your POV

It was first day of school at the Garrison. You were still getting used to the whole boarding school thing. It was weird to have someone share a room with you, it was also weird to wear uniforms. You liked not having to pick out your clothes every day, but you also liked to express yourself through them. These uniforms did nothing for that. The only thing that made you different from the rest was your face. But it wasn't like anyone was seeing what you saw as you looked in the mirror, right?

You frowned at that thought.

Before everyone met their solemate they saw everyone as "their beautiful". If they liked blue eyes, they saw everyone with blue eyes. It was like a mask of mist, concealing and changing their features to make them look more like "their kind of beautiful".

You slung your backpack over your shoulder and headed to class. Taking a random seat, you stayed quiet. You didn't have any friends at the school yet, and weren't looking forward to being alone.

The class started to fill up with students, only a few open chairs left, one being the seat next to yours. But eventually someone sat down next to you.

The class soon started, the teacher handing you a paper to write on. They wanted you to choose the positions you would like to have in the Garrison. Pilot, engineer, navigations Officer, etc.

As you wrote on your paper you could feel someone's eyes on you. You soon realized it was the person next to you, and you wanted to ask why. So you spoke, "Do you need something?"

"No." The guy said. "I just wanted to say you were beautiful."

You blushed, but then quickly dismissed it. He probably saw some blonde chick with perfect blemish free skin. Her long eye lashes covering her large doe eyes.

A/n: If that's you, then great, he saw you like that XD

"Yeah, whatever." You dismissed him.

"No, really."

You turned to him, looking at him for the first time. He was a big guy. Long eyelashes hooded his dark brown eyes. He was tan. It went well with his dark hair, which was pushed back with an orange bandana. His cheeks were dusted with pink, making him even cuter.

"That's what everyone says, don't they?" You stated.

He said nothing, so you went back to work. But a few moments later he interrupted you, this time with a sigh, "I'm sorry, it-it's just... you look better than the rest."

You looked at him with a confused look on his face, making him continue, "Your (h/l)(h/c) looks so good in your (h/s). And your (e/c) eyes are so bright. And that freckle on your nose, it's cute." He blushed redder with every word. So did you.

Your jaw dropped. He had described you perfectly. "You-you can see me? What I really look like?" A smile grew on your face.

"I-I can?" He asked, taking a deep breath.

You nodded frantically. "Yes! And you-you have black hair that frames your tan skin-and dark brown eyes-and-"

"-Shhh!" Your teacher shushed you.

You looked back at him and smiled, whispering, "I'm (y/n)."

"I'm Hunk."
.
It didn't take long for the two of you to form a bond. The bond was amazing, but also the fact that you could see people 100% for what they truly looked like was amazing as well.

You were "Hunks kind of beautiful" and he was yours.
.
A/n: Not going to lie, this one was kind of hard to write, but I think it turned out so cute! Hunk is so precious.

May we meet again.
