John was walking up the stairs. He look to his left. There was chatter going on among the students. They were reading the newspaper.

"............" John stayed quiet.
The students in the hallway all notice John.
".....!!"
"H-Hey... That's him, right?"
"Him....? Joker? That's a bit of a stretch, don't you think?" a male student asks.
"I mean, who knows? Joker could be anyone." another male students replies.
"But, he's powerless." a female student says.
"could've just been lying all this time..." the male student replies.
"Then isn't there a chance of the press lying too....." the female student asks.
"Well, I'm not taking any chances. Gonna stay away from him anyways." another female student says.
"Yup, I second that." the male student nods.
"The school's been messy lately.... This could be Isen's attempt at cleaning things up." a female student says.
"Hm, or it could be for rating...." the male student responds.
John looked annoyed as he walks.
In a different hallway, Zane and Zari were looking at the newspaper.
"So the time has come." Zane says.
"Should we be ready?" Zari asks.
"Yup. Just in case. And I think the time is finally arrive." Zane smiles.
"Oh geez." Zari sighs. 'At least it would stabilize a few things.'
. . John was walking in a empty hallway. He had a frown on his face. A male student appears behind John.
"..........." "Hey, John!" Kalum calls. "Wait up, man!" he rushes towards John. "So word on the street is.... you're Joker. Is this true?" he asks. "You can tell me! There's no one else around-" he stops talking.
"........." John stays silent.
"No response, huh? So I guess I was right after all! The press is totally bullshitting us. They're so desperate to fix the Joker issue... They're willing to use you as a scapegoat." Kalum says. "How does it feel, Johnny Boy....? ....Being so disposable all the time?" he asks as he pats John back.
John stops walking.
"Must suck to suck!" Kalum says.
"......." "John looks at Kalum. "Don't touch me."
"HOHO- Feisty! You want me stop? Then why don't you make me?" Kalum pushes John to the lockers. "You always act like you're so tough anyways!"
