Zane and Zari leave the campus.
"Zane! Zari!" a female calls out.
The twins turn around to see Seraphina and John.
"Seraphina. John." Zane says.
"Hey listen. Do you mind if John and I come along with you guys?" Seraphina asks.
"Well, we were heading to our home actually." Zane states.
"Well, can we come?" John asks.
"Please? Or you don't want us to come because of your work?" Seraphina asks.
Zane and Zari look at each other. Then they look at the two.
Zari gives a smile. "You know what? Sure. But! Before we go, let me ask you two something." Zari says.
"Okay sure?" John says while looking concern.
"Why haven't you two dated yet?" Zari asks the two.
Seraphina and John look surprised by Zari question and begin to blush.
"Ahhh.. well.. you see..." John trails off.
Seraphina looks away to hide her face.
"Don't you two like each other?" Zane asks.
"Oh! I know. I have a way to find out." Zari says with a smirk.
"Oh god." Zane says as he looks down to the floor.
Seraphina and John look at Zari with confusion. Zari walks toward John and kisses him in the cheeks. John looks surprised by what Zari did. Seraphina widens her eyes and clenches her fist. Zari stops kissing John's cheek and backs away.
"You really had to go that far?" Zane asks as he looks at Zari.
"*giggles* What? I wanted to see what would happen." Zari says as she sticks out her tongue.
John still looks surprised and Seraphina notices this. She elbows John with a bit of force.
"Ow! What was that for?" John asks.
"Nothing." while Seraphina looks away.
"See. She's mad and jealous." Zari whispers to Zane.
"Uh huh." Zane says quietly. "Ahem! Anyways, shall we go?"
"S-Sure." John says.
"Yeah." Seraphina says.
As they walk, Seraphina glares daggers at Zari. Zari turns around and smiles. John smiles and Seraphina looks at her. As John looks away for a moment, Zari winks at Seraphina. She readies her lips.
'You like him.' is what Seraphina can make out from Zari lips.
Seraphina blushes and looks away. Zari giggles.
*Apartment*
Zane, Zari, John and Seraphina enter the living room. They see Otto and Marlize sitting on the chairs at the table.
"Otto, Marlize, how'd you two get in?" Zane asks.
"Come on Zane. Have you forgotten that I can make spare keys." Otto responds.
"Oh right. Next time, let me know." Zane says.
"Will do. And I see that you brought guests." Otto points out.
"Are you okay with them being here? I mean this is our base of operation." Marlize states.
"Since when was this apartment the base of operation?" Zari asks.
"When we brought Volcan here." Marlize responds.
