•there were some days that you'd be the big spoon and other days, he'd be the big spoon

•but for the most part, luke was the big spoon when he came home and would slip into bed and wrap his arm around your shoulders and, unconsciously, you'd snuggle against him and sometimes you'd wake up and weakily grin, smelling his familiar cologne

•whenever you were the big spoon, luke would have his head on your chest and he found it very soft so he perferred this most times when he had a long day

•your hand would slip under his t-shirt and your pointer finger would trace patterns and maybe even short little messages on his back like 'i love you' as he drifted to sleep, kissing the top of his soft and curly hair

•your fingers would trace over his back muscles/shoulders then down his arms and on the back of his neck and luke would hum into the crook of your neck

•when you would lay on his chest, usually bare, his one hand closest to your head raked it's fingers through your scalp and massage it and it was one of the most relaxed feelings you'd ever experienced + being able to hear his heartbeat was one of your calming muse and you remember the first time you ever laid down with him like this, it was so fast but now it's slow and paced

•luke would whisper sweet nothings into your ear and tell you how you were so beautiful if you were feeling very emotional and vulnerable, him reminding you how you're the only one for him and you'll never know how much he truly love and adores you every day
