The twins couldn’t help but feel like they heard the name before, so they asked Amber.

“Yea that’s fairly common. Ningguang, she not only a math teacher but an economic genius, know for her smart business moves and investments. She’s rich like loaded AF” Amber responded.

“Wow… so why is she our teacher," Aether asked bluntly. Amber giggled and leaned in.

“She claims it’s to keep her humble but in reality, it so she can spend time with the PE teacher” Amber whispered. Aether's face forms an “O" while Lumine feels mildly heartbroken. She wasn’t sure why, but her heart started to sting, and she felt mild resentment toward Ningguang despite not having met her.

“Anyway, let’s hurry up, or else we’ll be late!” Amber says, frantically dragging the twins to their 4th period.
The three had arrived before the bell rang, to Amber’s relief. Aether wouldn’t have cared either way and Lumine was mildly worried that her unknown resentment would turn into hatred that will result in a homicide.

Regardless the three made it into the class and took their seats. Lumine looked to her right and found the same boy from previous classes, having green highlights, a girl with a shirt that said,
“the stars foresee our paths” and clenching to her stomach. Lumine was confused about why but then she heard the reason why. She was hungry.

Lumine couldn’t help but feel bad for her, knowing that being hungry isn’t fun. She was about to offer some food to the girl but then she went on her phone and Lumine was unsure of how to interact with her anymore. To her left, Lumine found a tall attractive boy who looked like they could be a jock but seemed to be reading which perplexed her. He was also drinking a pomegranate juice in a wine glass and whispering, “where do those who share the memory". Lumine just simply paid him no more attention afterward finding the whole situation very odd.

“Alright, class let's begin!” Ningguang shouted out, alerting the whole class to be awakened. Lumine and Aether noticed that three students had their notebooks opened and were furiously holding their pencils in their hands.

“Hey, Amber, what’s up with those three students?” Aether whispered, leaning towards Amber and pointing at the green highlights’ boy, the wine glass jock, and the stars t-shirt girl. Amber nodded, understanding.

“That is Venti,” Amber said, pointing to the green highlights, “that’s Zhongli” pointing to the wine glass jock, “and that’s Mona”, gesturing to the stars t-shirt girl. “They are infamously known to be tight on money sometimes, and Ningguang has the habit of spilling really helpful financial tips or money advice since she is a money god basically,” Amber said, leaning away and returning her focus on the teacher as she talked about math.

Aether and Lumine connected the dots and realized the three students were harvesting for potential advice to increase their wealth.

“damn I kind of want to do that” Aether mumbled, Lumine picked it up and rolled her eyes in response.
