I am laying on my bed... I'm trying to process everything that happened lately... my head is so fucked right now... I don't want to do anything else... for the moment... but of course. I get a call...
Ocelot: Hey... Boss...
He sounded worried...
Venom Snake: Yes...?
Ocelot: I... I have something... that I need to tell you...
Venom Snake: Huh... what is it?
Ocelot: It's better to tell you in person. Are you in your quarters right now?
Venom Snake: Yeah...
Ocelot: Stay there, I'm on my way.
I wait for Ocelot to arrive. This doesn't feel right... he's never like this, and why does he need to come to me? I see my door open. To see Ocelot...
Ocelot: Snake...
Venom Snake: What is it? Why do you need to come to me?
Ocelot looks guilty of something...
Ocelot: I'm... so... sorry...
Venom Snake: For what? Spit it out. Talk to me.
Ocelot: You won't believe me when I say this... but...
Ocelot takes a deep breath.
Ocelot: You're... not really Big Boss...
I look at him confused.
Venom Snake: Are you... feeling okay... Ocelot?
Ocelot: You're not the real Big Boss...
Venom Snake: What are you talking about? It's me...
Ocelot sighs.
Ocelot: I knew you wouldn't understand...
Ocelot gives me a lot of tapes...
Ocelot: When you are ready to learn the truth... listen to those. You need to hear it from him...
Ocelot walks out.
Venom Snake: Him? Who's him?
Flashback: March 16th, 1975
No one's POV
Snake, Kaz, and Y/N are at the hospital. Y/N is unconscious. Kaz is awake while the doctors are working on Snake.
Kaz: Don't you die on me, damn it!
Doctor 1: B.P.'s dropping!
Doctor 2: Intubate! Now!
Doctor 3: Cardiac arrest! He's in V-Fib!
Doctor 1: Clear!
The doctor shocks Snake. He then starts pushing down on his chest.
Doctor 2: No response! Hit him again!
Doctor 1: Clear!
The doctor shocks Snake again. His heart starts beating.
Kaz: How's he doing?!
Doctor 3: Well, he's stabilized, but it took to long... he's in a coma.
Kaz looks at Y/N.
Kaz: What about him?!
The doctors look at him.
Doctor 3: He... He took some shrapnel - to the head...
