Chapter 88: Ocelot vs FOB

Y/N's POV

It is the next day. I look to see Quiet still sleeping. I get out my iDroid and check out any nuke threats for FOBs. I then get a call from Ocelot on the iDroid.

Ocelot: Boss, have you checked any FOBs for nukes recently?

Y/N: Just did, there's a nuke.

Ocelot: I was thinking, maybe let me get this one?

Y/N: Really?

Ocelot: Yeah, it's been a while since I've been in action, and I assume you might want some rest.

Y/N: Thanks, I trust you to get that nuke and some of their men here.

Ocelot: Of course, you can count on me.

As I put my iDroid away, I saw Quiet up, it looked like she was listening.

Quiet: FOBs?

Y/N: When you were gone, we decided to start going after other bases and getting rid of all nukes.

Quiet: So we can have a peaceful world...

Y/N: Of course.

Quiet: I already know XOF wouldn't have wanted that.

I chuckle.

Y/N: Let's hope Ocelot does well...

Ocelot's POV

I am on the chopper. I had my two revolvers with me. I see the FOB.

Y/N: You got this, Ocelot?

Ocelot: You know it.

Kaz: Just like how Y/N did it, infiltrate the base, take the men, and the nuke.

I get on the base, I sneak up the stairs, I crawl through the first platform. I start crawling through the second platform, someone sees me. I get out my revolver and shoot the soldier in the head. I make it to the third platform. I sneak up to a soldier and put him in a CQC hold.

Ocelot: Talk.

I get my my revolver and aim it at his head.

Ocelot: Where's the nuke?

Soldier: It should be on the helipad on the next platform...

I see it. I shoot the soldier in the head, killing him. I make it to the final platform, I see the nuke. I sneak up to it and extract it.

Y/N: You got the nuke? Good. Now finish the infiltration.

I sneak up the stairs to the upper level of the main tower. I see two men spotting me.

Soldier: Freeze!

I get out my two revolvers and shoot them. One of my bullets ricocheted off the wall and into another soldier.

Ocelot: My cue to go...

I make it to the main control room.

Kaz: Infiltration successful.

Timeskip

I extracted the men before leaving the base. I hear from Y/N.

Y/N: Good job, Ocelot.

Ocelot: Thanks, Y/N.

Kaz: With Y/N's orders, we dismantled the nuke, well done.

Y/N: You're pretty good.

Ocelot: What can I say? I'm heading back to base now.

Kaz: Alright.

The chopper starts flying me back to Mother Base.
