I am in the ACC, I hear Ocelot call me.
Ocelot: We've begun development on that new "Battle Gear" weapon that Emmerich was talking about. If you want to see how development's going, come take a look for yourself.
Venom Snake: Okay... I'll take a look.
Timeskip
I head to the R&D platform, I enter the Battle Gear hanger to see the blueprints of the Battle Gear. I then see Huey working on it. I take a look at his mug, it says I "heart" DD. I walked over to get a closer look at the Battle Gear. The main body was done.
Venom Snake: So... this is the Battle Gear...
