GAVIN's POV

I found her inside the convenience store. Titig na titig sa freezer ng ice cream. Huminga ako ng malalim saka sinugod ito sa loob.

"Bakit ka umalis?" I told her.

"Oh, bakit nandito ka?" she replied. Mukhang badtrip siya.

Bakit?

She looked away.

"Why'd you leave?" I asked her again dahil hindi niya ako sinagot.

"May nakalimutan ako sa resto." sabi nito.

"I went there, the manager said you didn't go there." sabi ko sa kaniya. Because I really go there to look for her. That's what Shane told me she went to.

She slapped her forehead.

Naiirita talaga ito sa hindi ko malamang rason.

"Bakit mo ba ako sinundan? Balik ka na doon, may mga bisita ka pa na kailangan mong i-entertain." bulalas niya.

"I will not go back without you." sabi ko rito. Pero wala itong reaksyon. Hindi man lang ito nagsalita.

I sighed.

Hindi ko alam kung paano i-deal ang ganitong situations but I have to.

"Bakit ka ba kasi umalis?" tanong ko sa kanya.

Pinipilit nitong buksan ang freezer pero nakaharang ang kamay ko kaya hindi niya mabuksan.

"Gavin, ano ba?" angil nito.

"Answer me first, Princess." I said.

I'm starting to lose patience but I'm trying to be calm as much as possible.

"Wala naman akong rason, Gavin. Gusto ko lang lumabas, may masama ba doon?" she said.

Hindi ko talaga maintindihan bakit ito nagagalit ngayon e.

"You could at least tell us where you're going..." mahinahong sagot ko rito.

"Nagpaalam ako kay Shane."

"But you didn't go there." sagot ko sa sinabi niya.

"What's the problem, Princess? Please tell me." I calm myself for her to tell me what's the problem.
