Visit to the Crescents

Here's a brand new chapter, I know it's been a while since I updated but I've really been struggling which is why I haven't done any updating lately. Anyway I do hope you enjoy this chapter.

Davina's pov

"Hi Demetri" I greet as I pass the witch who arrived early this morning to assist Kol and Klaus with their Esther and Finn problem.

After much convincing Klaus finally caved to the idea of putting Esther back in her real body in order to further torture her before finally finishing her off and obliterating her soul. They're also going to put Finn back in his real body too but they aren't going to kill him.

"Greetings Davina" Demetri responds as he walks past me, heading towards where Kol and Klaus are. The three of them are going to have one final discussion about the plan for Esther and Finn. So I'm taking the chance to head out and pay a visit to the bayou and see the crescents.

It's time they knew that I'm alive. I don't know how they'll react but hopefully they will understand. Obviously I'm not going to explain everything, for now I have to leave out the part about my children being alive until further notice.

I have to make sure the crescents aren't under Esther's control anymore and I have to know they are trust worthy before telling them.

I arrive at the bayou and everyone instantly looks my way and get to their feet, their eyes wide in surprise.

"Davina? Is that you?" Aiden questions. Aiden's a nice lad and one of the few wolves from the crescents that I actually like.

"Yes, it is" I say with a smile "Davina? You're alive" Jackson says gruffly as he stomps over "we thought you were dead. Where have you been?!" He demands tapping his foot making me raise an eyebrow at him as I fold my arms over my chest.

"I'd be careful of that tone of yours if I were you, Jackson" I retort narrowing my eyes at him. "You were indeed told I was dead but that was for my own protection at the time" I state and he scoffs.

"You were needed here. You abandoned your responsibilities!" He rants making me glare at him "do I have to remind you why I left New Orleans in the first place?" I ask as I step towards him "I left for my own protection after what your cousin did to me. You remember him, right? Will, your cousin who had a sick obsession with me and betrayed this pack and got himself kicked out. The very cousin who came back and abducted me, attacked me, tried to force himself on me and wanted to kill my unborn child!" I snap feeling my eyes turn gold as I stalk towards Jackson making him back up.

"I had nothing to do with that" he states while fidgeting under my glare "I know you didn't but I just wanted to remind you that I left for a reason just as I stayed away from New Orleans for a reason" I state "the witches hunted me down and jumped me, my pregnancy was sped up and I was forced to give birth and my child was taken from me. I was in mourning just as my sister had been in mourning and that is my explanation as to why I haven't been here and I hope you all respect that" I state before turning my gaze away from Jackson.

"Now I hear some of you have allied yourself with Esther. I want to know why" I state glancing at all the wolves. "She gave us these stones to help us with the pain of transformation" one explains stepping forward and holding out his hand and showing me a black stone in the palm of his hand.

"That's it, that's the reason you've allied yourself with her?" I ask looking at the other few who step forward and show me a stone in their hands "well that and we don't want vampires in this city!" one shouts making me turn to them.

"Now I get we don't always get along with vampires and you have been wronged in the past especially by vampires in the quarter but this city belongs to all of us and we should be standing united against a threat like Esther. All I want is peace, for us, for the vampires, for the people and even for the witches, only those that respect us and others" I state "there will never be peace with the Mikaelson's around" Jackson states stepping forward making me turn to him.
