Chapter Seventeen Arrival at the Goetia Manor

March 8th

(Vaggie Morningstar ) After a long trip the limo finally pulled into the driveway of the Goetia Mansion and our driver AL who's a sinner demon like all of the guests at the happy hotel said jovially we have arrived Mrs. Morningstars which made Charlie wake up, Once Charlie had fully woken up she said Thank You so much AL for driving all day to which Al replied no problem girls.

AL then climbed out of the drivers seat and then walked around the limo before he opened the boot of the limo and he pulled out our suitcases, before he then rolled them up to the front steps before he walked back to the limo, I then paid Al one hundred dollars for all of the driving that he did today, Charlie and I then gave him a hug before he climbed back into the driver's seat and drove away.

I could tell that Charlie was barely containing herself with the excitement of babysitting our great niece and I couldn't really blame her, I couldn't help but smile myself at her childish excitement and energy, I then asked Are you ready Charles? Charlie then with a large smile yes I am so ready Vaggs I then took her hand and then we walked together up to the front steps.

Once we had ascended the steps Charlie rushed through the door like a hyperactive child which made me shake my head with a slight smile while I hauled in the suitcases, once I had gotten our luggage inside the mansion I went in search of my wife, I walked into the living room and I found my wife holding her niece and my adopted niece Loona in her arms.

I couldn't help but chuckle at the sight Loona who is a very reserved woman was snuggled up against her aunt's chest like a puppy, I then broke the silence by saying Alright Charolette that's enough of smothering Loona for one day, Charlie then released Loona from her embrace and then she placed Loona back on the floor.

I then walked over to Loona and I gave her a hug and kiss on her forehead, I then released Loona from my arms and I asked her Are you your dad and your step parents ready to leave to go on your weekend getaway Loona? Loona said yeah I'm ready to go Aunt Vaggie, Dad and mom as well as father have already left and are headed to the beach house in Pride Ring!

Loona then grabbed her duffel bag off the couch and she slung it onto her shoulder and she then asked Are you guys sure that you don't need my help with Melinda before I leave? I said as began to lovingly push our niece to the front door Yes Loona Charlie and I are sure that we don't need any help before you leave, Loona then said well I left a list of stuff of how a normal day in Melinda's life is and it's on the kitchen table, and Melinda's upstairs in her room taking a nap.

Don't worry about Melinda is going to be fine considering that Charlie and I are very responsible adults and we are experts when it comes to child care, Loona then walked out of the front door and she yelled we all be back Monday evening at 10:30, I then called after Loona have fun and we love you sweetheart, once responded back before she got into her car and drove away and I then closed the front door.
