After at least 3 minutes Serena let go of Ash from the tight hugging position they were both in, they started to walk towards the battle stadium but what surprised Serena even more was that  Ash took her hand while walking which caused her to warm up inside and she could feel her face was turning red so she hid in her chest hoping Ash didn't see .

Ash: I think it's time we got going...

Serena: Oh right! Yeah... Sorry..

Ash: It's fine..

Ash gave Serena a big smile then out of nowhere took her hand and started to pull her towards the battle stadium.

Serena's POV

I was just about to make my way to the battle stadium with Ash and suddenly he took my hand! I looked up at him and he just gave me a really big but cute smile all I could do was blush.. I could feel my face burn up, my hands shaking and I knew that I was going red around the cheeks so I tried hiding my face in my chest which did work because Ash stopped pulling me and looked at me. I think he noticed me blushing but of course he could feel my hand shaking.

Ash: Serena are you alright?

Serena: Er.. Er ye-yeah...

Ash: But I felt your hand shaking?

Serena: It was nothing... I promise.

Ash noticed Serena trying to hide her face in her chest. So he walked over and placed his fingers on her chin and pushed her head up and scanned her face, he knew she was blushing but once he looked into her bright blue ocean eyes he had that flashback again, back at summer camp, this is when he knew he had to ask her about it but for now he would let Serena relax.

Ash: Come on Serena, you can't hide that cute face in your chest.

Ash once again gave Serena a smile, Serena then looked up to see the cute smile but when she looked into his eyes she too had the flashback to when they were little at the summer camp and she also knew that she had to talk to Ash about it, but for now she let Ash focus on his battle against the headteacher of their school.

Serena: Huh! M-M-My cute face?

Ash: Yeah your cute face.

Serena: Oh Ash..

Pikachu: Pika pi

Serena instantly smiled, just hearing those words come from Ash just made her day while Pikachu gave Ash the look that made Ash blush.

Ash: Pikachu shut up! Huh? Serena you're blushing again.

Serena: Oh sorry I couldn't help but look at your cute face....wait eyes... No... Oh god I'm sorry...

Ash just laughed and smiled at her and took her hand again which made Serena blush again, off they went again towards the battle stadium.

Ash's POV

Come on Serena lets get going to the battle stadium, I don't want to be late for that too, but she didn't talk and that's when I realized she was day dreaming so I snapped her out of it but she came up with an excuse, she said that she was looking at my cute face then she changed it into eyes, I don't know why but I get really good feelings for her when I'm around her... But we've only just met again since summer camp, anyway my battle, I can't be late, I took her hand and again she blushed, to be honest she did look rather cute.
