"YYYEEEESSSS!" cried Yume "We made it! Laverre City! Whoo!"

"Why do you always scream?" Kanata asked "For once can we come to a new town or city without you yelling, cause that will be great,"

"But I use yelling as a I way to express myself, like when I'm excited or angry,"

"You've never yelled when you were angry," said Subaru

"I have pillows!" she replied with a smile

"Oh my gosh," cried a voice "I know you three!"

"Hold on, did you say three?" said Kanata

A girl with purple hair pulled into a ponytail walked over to them. "I saw you on the Poke vision video!" she said "My name is Tsubasa Kisagari, nice to meet you,"

"Nice to meet you I'm Subaru Yukie,"

"I'm Yume Nijino!"

"And I'm Kanata Kira,"

"I know," said Tsubasa "I saw you on that video, I thought you guys were amazing!"

"Aw, thank you," said Yume "So you're -"

"So you know me?" Kanata asked

"Yeah I know you, you were one of my favorite characters," said Tsubasa

"Yes!" he cried "Do you have any idea how annoying it is when people know who your friends are but not you? Finally! It feels right!"

"Well, uh, glad I made your day,"

"S-so you're a fan of their videos?" Yume asked

"I'm a fan of anything with the theater," said Tsubasa "Movies, shows, musicals, they give me such a thrill! I thought your show was pretty great for armatures,"

"Thanks I think," said Subaru

"Yeah, so what brings you three here?"

"A battle!"

"So you're o a journey together?" Tsubasa asked as she took the three to the gym

"Yep!" said Yume "We've been together since day one!"

"And somehow we survived the journey to five other gyms together," Subaru added

"Yeah, thanks to me," said Kanata

"You all sound very close," said Tsubasa

"Close?" They said in unison

"You know the old saying: The Closer They are the More They Fight,"

"There's some truth to that," said Subaru

"But don't fight as much as we used to," said Yume "But does that mean we're not that close?"

"Actually I think we got closer," said Kanata

"That's why I said some truth, Tomato,"

"Oh! What I wouldn't give to call you Tomato right now!"

Tsubasa smiled "Some truth," she mumbled "Alright we're here!" she said as they reached a tall building with the gym symbol on it. "So which one will be the first to battle me?"

"Well ... wait did you say you?" said Yume

"I did,"
