"Does anyone have any bits of spare parchment? And a quill?" I ask as i pace back and forth across the room.
"Y/n! Your brother is dying, and all you care about is some stupid parchment?" Draco says, his voice is high pitched, exaggerated a few words a bit too, but okay.
"Goyle, do you?" I ask one of Draco's friends, not paying attention to my brother, laying on the hospital bed.
"Su- sure," he was hesitant, but he gives the materials i need anyways.
"Thank you," i say before i start writing a letter, addressing it to Harry.
"Hagrid, can you.. Give this to Harry? I don't know for how long i'm going to be in here, and i just want to let him know," I whisper, carefully so my brother doesn't hear.
"Sure, of course."
"Thank you so much, and sorry about him," I shake my head towards Draco.
"Oh don't worry, Y/n," he smiles. "Well, i guess i'll be going now," He says, patting me on the back before walking out of the hospital wing.
I walk over to Draco's bed, kneeling down beside him.
"Oh please, you drama queen. Stop making those noises, it's just a scratch," I scoff, furrowing my eyebrows at Draco.
This earns me a deathly glare from Pansy.
"What are you looking at, Parkinson?" I tell her off, Draco smirks at me.
"Well done, sister. That's how you do it."
It feels good.
It feels good to have power.
It feels good to be respected.
It feels good to not be looked over.
"So you the unbearable pain in your arm is finally bearable now, Draco?" I scoff, crossing my arms.
No one smirks in pain.
What a weirdo.
I do love and care for my brother though, he's just a little over the top.
