Chapter 40, part 2 : Lightning God at ang Supremo

As Smasher smashed the few dozens of lightning clones by spinning like a catastrophic cyclone, old man Jose, on the other hand was prepping his next course of actions.

Less than the exact hundred lightning clones survived Smasher's spinning hammer attacks. The old Supremo didn't panic by even one bit. The destruction of more than half of his lightning clones to Smasher's was by design.

The leader of the strongest guild in the country can't really control all these lightning clones of his. The remaining ones are actually the exact number of which he can control fluidly.

By sacrificing that few dozen clones, he spared himself of all the troubles he'll eventually face if he stubbornly insist on keeping them for his usage.

Old man Jose have no leeway to take it easy, experiment or use abilities he don't have fine control with.

It will be as if inviting Smasher, a hunter not only crazy formidable but also outrageously psychotic to end his life if he did that stupidity.

He can also focus with these fewer lightning clones.

Unlike the abilities he copied from it's original owners, like Paul for example, Jose on his own cannot exactly master using the copied abilities to its fullest. He can only use them to a certain extent, just like how he cannot control all of these one hundred lightning clones no matter how hard the practice he underwent.

Since a long time ago, Jose already arrived into a conclusion that his copies can't really surpass the original ones.

That may be a way to make him not too overpowered by whoever granted all of them hunters his kind of powers.

Maybe nerfing Jose's Duplicate ability satisfied that omnipotent being's standards.

Ang marami-raming natitira pang lightning clones ay muling pinasugod ni Jose kay Smasher.

Sa likuran ng mga lightning clone na 'yon ay nakabuntot din ang matandang Supremo.

Tanging singhal ang itinugon ni Smasher sa matandang Supremo ng La Liga Filipina.

Halos katulad na katulad lang nang senaryo kani-kanila lang ang nangyayari sa ngayon.

Nakatayo't nakaharap na nag-aabang sa pararating na mga lightning clone ni Jose si Smasher. Hawak-hawak pa rin n'ya ang mas pinaliit na sandatang pamukpok. Ang kaibaha lang ay nakahalo na sa ngayon si Jose sa kanyang clones.

This fight might be reaching its conclusion faster than what everyone was expecting.

""Atake,"" winika ni Jose sa sariling mga kopya.

The lightning clones were keeping a distance from Smasher. They're just circling around him in unison.

Mahahalatang mabagal lang ang ginagawang pagkilos ng umaaligid na mga lightning clone ni Jose kay Smasher.

Hindi maipirmi ni Smasher ang tingin sa buo n'yang paligid. Kahit saan s'yang direksyon lumingon ay may umaaligid na grupo ng lightning clones.

Sa sadyang pagbabagal nang lightning clones using the hunters standards, it enabled one thing Jose can use to his advantage. Their lights being produced by the lightnings were blinding.
