A/N: I'm trying some new things. Chapter is short so that I don't get sleepy trying to edit. The next few chapter will focus on this collab. So many funny scenarios. What do you think?

'Minho better realise his appreciation' Hyunjin kept thinking as he slaved away, apron swishing as he moved from one side of the counter to the other and hair tickling him because his hairtie had snapped, forcing him to use a fork to twist his hair up.

Sure, he could have used a chopstick – much safer too and it wouldn't fail him like the fork had – but this way he was one step closer to being the tall merperson he dreamed of being sometimes. If only they would have such a concept...he had debated emailing Beat Interactive about letting him collab with A.C.E this coming comeback but his managers would probably disapprove. Not to mention the chaos he'll create in his company and outside.

This looked up to be a very water-themed morning. The spice made his eyes water. Yes, he aka 'I can't tolerate this bleh' was using spice because that's how much he appreciated Minho et al.

He had woken up a whole two deadass hours before his usual still early waking time to prepare many main and side dishes that they didn't have pre-cooked. He thought he may as well batch cook now rather than in a few days when they needed to do so anyway. He had perhaps overestimated himself and he was all but one person.

In short – Minho better damn enjoy this food or he'll make him eat a fork –plastic or metal, his choice. Though not wood because he'll end up staking himself.

The oven pinged and he quickly grabbed the cream buns out of the over –with the kitchen gloves cause one burn on his hand was enough already – and set them to cool on the counter. Yes. He even baked.

In short – Minho and Jisung and Jeongin were going to be spoiled. And they better appreciate or...he had nothing because his brain was too occupied going through the almost never-ending list of prep and execution he had to do.

Why did cooking and baking require so much preparation? Did chefs on TV programmes do the chopping and grating themselves or did they get some low paid intern to do so? If so, where can he get one of those? He had no money to pay with, perhaps he could write them a really long letter of recommendation and offer them experience?

The Hyunni-meal was well on its way...not. Two hours were not enough for this!

Sure he had cream buns and also a big bowl of lazily chopped fruit and a smaller one of nuts some of which he had toasted himself. He had prepared like ten liters of his special cinnamon iced coffee and had squeezed actual oranges – with an electric juicer cause he appreciated his slim arms and didn't want to get muscles from doing it manually. He had of course steamed some eggs in the soufflé kind that Seungmin enjoyed. He'd probably used a whole chicken farm worth of eggs. He had also done scrambled eggs and sunny side eggs – which were perfect for the breakfast rice (with green onions and sesame obviously). He'd managed to make some pan fried sweet potato noodle half-moon dumplings and he'd fried some fish cakes too.

Right now he was in the process of turning a whole ocean's seaweed into a sesame and seaweed salad. Even just smelling it he needed to drink a big glass of water that somehow tasted salty. Maybe he really was turning into a mere!

The stove was being used to boil some bean sprouts on one, boil some eggs on the other (because they certainly didn't have enough eggs) and the remaining two hobs were taken over by noodles and a light soup. The rice cooker was of course being overworked and in the oven now lay baking melty corn cheese, some walnut biscuits and some ginger biscuits.
