I was listening to Twice's Cry For Me when I saw Neil leap into view out of the corner of my eye. He looked extremely... giddy. I lowered the volume on my speakers as my brother's footsteps could be heard coming upstairs. He was on his imparter calling someone, probably one of his friends. "Dude! You asked her out?" An unknown voice asked. "Yeah, I still can't believe it," my brother replied. I sat down on my bed, pondering about this conversation that I'd overheard. Neil? Liking someone? That's something new. Last I'd heard, he didn't even have a crush. All I knew was that he had a friend-girl named Emmie. Or maybe they were more than that.... But it couldn't have been Emmie. I already know someone who likes her.
