Theirs a Christmas ball called a Yule ball which will be happening the day before Christmas Eve so we will be home for Christmas which I'm thankful for because this is my very Christmas with dad.

Dad put his resignation in he's leaving the castle. He didn't say why which I'm sorta hurt that he ain't telling me why he left. But he left like two weeks ago.

Alex has been nonstop hanging out with me which I don't mind because like I like hanging out with him. He's nice and so is his brothers which I just found out last week their brothers.

"Sweetheart maybe put the book down and come take a swim?" Alex said as I looked up from my book. "Are you crazy one it's cold and two I can't my cast." I told him as he sat down next to me throwing his arm around me.

"You know my dad sent his resignation in two weeks ago he's not here no more." I told him. "How come?" He asked as I laid on his lap staring up at him. "I don't know why he didn't tell me why." I told him covering my eyes from the sun.

Alex leaned over blocking the sun as I smiled at him. "Thank you." I told him as he flashed me his pretty smile. "Anything for you sweetheart." He said with a smirk. "So let me take you out." He said.

"No." I told him as his smirk dropped. "Why not?" He asked. "Ask me out in a way you've never asked anyone out before." I told him, he's probably done everything in the book before.

He stayed silent nodding his head. "Okay." He said. He's going to stop asking me I guess. "Kissing you ain't a problem right?" He asked me as I felt myself blush. "I love when you blush." He told me.

"What do you mean?" I asked him. "Can I kiss you whenever?" He asked me. "Sure whatever." I said. He probably won't even do it.

"Hey wait up." I heard someone wait as I stopped and a boy came in front of me. "Emery right?" He said a bit out of breath. "Yes do I know you?" He don't look familiar.

"Evan my name is Evan." He said as I gave him a nod. "Did you need some help with something or what?" "No can't talk to a pretty girl." He said as I smiled at him. "Thank you but I'm not really interested." I told him.

"Come on just as friends won't hurt would it?" "No it won't. Id love to be friends with you than." I told him. "So how are you liking Hogwarts so far?" I asked him. "It's pretty big." He said as I gave him a nod. "Yeah it is. I've been here three years now and I still get lost." I told him.

"You have a pretty smile." He told me as my smile widened. "Thank you." I told him. "So-I felt someone lift my head up I looked and saw Alex he kissed me as his hand went to my throat holding it while he kissed me.

He pulled away with a smirk on his face. "Hey sweetheart." He said moving his hand to my waist. "Let's get out of here yeah?" He asked me as I looked and didn't see Evan no more as I gave him a nod. "Yeah sure." I told him as he intervened our hands as we walked.

"What was that for?" "You said I can kiss you." He said. "I didn't think you'd actually do it." I told him. "You have very little faith in me sweetheart." He said letting go of my hand as he threw his arm around me pulling me close.

"You know no other boy can kiss you right?" He said. "And what you can?" "Of course I can you'll let me. We both know you will darling." He said. "Than you can't kiss no one other than me." I told him. "Fine by me than." He said as I rolled my eyes.

"How's your hand." He asked. "Alright it don't hurt no more. During break I'm going to get it checked." I told him. "Stay here at the castle for Christmas." He told me. "I'd love to if I wasn't staying with my dad. It's my first Christmas with him-Than I hope you have an amazing Christmas with him. You can tell me everything when you come back." He told me.

He's so understanding. "Thank you." I told him as I felt him kiss the side of my head.
