[18] COLD HUSBAND - MARCH 11 2023

Jungkook and Jimin are in an arranged marriage. Jungkook has always been cold in nature - not that he was rude or hurt Jimin in anyway but his overall emotions were quite hard to read

Jimin would occasionally frequent Jungkook's office on his way back from work or to hand over lunch boxes or the like. And it was on one such occasion that Jungkook's big client insulted Jimin in front of the man for being clumsy and calling him stupid

Now Jimin was always calm and composed but seeing the way Jungkook didn't bother to protect him, Jimin stood up to defend himself but then again he was shut down as Jungkook asked Jimin to leave

Jimin indeed felt bad. He left and swore to ignore his husband

As soon as Jimin left, Jungkook stood up angrily from his seat all the while death glaring at his client but his voice remained calm

"I think its best you leave from here, Ms A/N..." A/N is confused as she stands up as well "...I dont need your money... and I will make sure noone will ever need your money as well...." A/N gulps as Jungkook stares down at her "...You can mess with me but I will never forgive anyone who hurts my love..."

"Love? Really?Then why didn't you defend him earlier?" She scoffs "...why didn't you let him defend himself?"

"Because I don't want him to be involved in any negativity... I don't want him to fight his dirty battles, he has me for that.... and the reason why I didn't defend him in front of him is because I don't want him to see my scary side... because I'm afraid I might punch you in front of him...I dont want him to think I disrespect women.."

A/N leaves immediately

At home

Jungkook is surprised when he feels Jimim hugging him from behind and crying

"Why do you do things like this?"

"Like what?"

"Asking me to leave... making me think that I don't matter to you and then you do things that make me feel like I am your prince..."

Apparently Jungkook's friend Taehyung had witnessed the scene and took a video of the same before sending it to Jimin

Jungkook turns around and cups Jimin's face to wipe his tears

"Don't cry about what happened"

"I'm not crying for that... I'm hurt... I'm hurt because I love you so much but I don't know if you love me back..." Jungkook's heart picks up pace "....If you love me .. just tell me... that's all I need to know that I matter to you..."

Jungkook chuckles "You matter to me... always... haven't I made it clear before?" Jungkook tilts his head to look at the boy

"Not really" Jimin pouts

Jungkook frowns

"You never said you love me... you never have time for me.... yes its true you always try to make me feel at home but... you are always so cold that I'm confused if you really like me or just baring me for this marriage sake..." Jimin sighs "....and you always scold me"

Jungkook chuckles "...I scold you because I'm afraid to lose you.... I worry about you ... and that's all because I love you" Jungkook caresses Jimin's blushing cheeks "...I'm sorry that I'm not good with words... I don't know how to be romantic... but trust me... you are the only one I love and I have ever loved romantically.... my life is incomplete without you Jeon Jimin"

Jimin couldn't help the sobs escaping his lips as Jungkook wipes his tears

" ...Or should I make you mine completely tonight for you to know that you are the only one for me?" Jungkook smirks at Jimin's surprised face but Jimin's next words makes his heart go boom boom
