A/N: idea and plotline @kookielovesjiminie. Sorry I don't know much about this topic. It is not anything to be taken lightly and I'm sorry for anyone who is going through it or know anyone who is. I didn't portray the severity of the case (postpartum blues plus depression) and took it very very lightly. Please note this is a FF, not real life

Jimin and Jungkook had been in an arranged marriage for the past 4 years. They slowly developed feelings for each other and currently Jimin was 9 months pregnant and ready to pop. Jungkook, even though he was busy, would always take care of this tiny husband in any way he could, no matter how tired he was or burdened with things going on. He never let it affect his relationship with Jimin. The couple, in short, were very much in love and happy with their lives - that was till Jimin gave birth to their first born

Jimin looked at the baby next to him. It's been 2 days since his delivery and he felt nothing for his child. At first, he was excited, at least he thought so, to hold the child and share that special moment with his loved ones,especially Jungkook but now, he felt no connection with his newborn. Jungmin felt like a stranger to him.

Why don't I feel anything for you? - Jimin sighs, his face expressionless as he stares at his baby. Jungmin was a really cute baby, the way he tried to blink at his appa and smile with those cute chubby cheeks but still Jimin felt nothing

Jungkook had been noticing it for the past 3 days.

"Why don't you hold him?" Jungkook asks a bit disappointed "Why don't you try feeding him? It's good for him to drink breast milk..."

"..... It feels wrong holding him. I feel like he isn't mine..."

Jimin didn't bathe the baby or change his diaper or feed him. Jimin stayed away from the baby. It was very upsetting for Jungkook to see this. They had already hired a lady to help take care of Jimin and the baby during the postnatal stage. Jungkook knew it would be difficult and he was ready to handle everything but this, Jungkook wasn't prepared for this.

Jimin felt empty looking at his own child.

Jungkook tried his best to do everything to make Jimin smile again, to be happy again but nothing worked.
