[61] MAFIA HUSBAND - JULY 25 2023

Jimin and Jungkook are in an arranged marriage. Both are from mafia families.

Jungkook was cold and stern in general but the only one he was soft to was his lovely husband. Jimin was cute and bubbly in nature.

Jungkook kept his distance from the boy - in the sense that he didn't make the first move but he never stopped Jimin from showing his affections.

Jungkook took care of Jimin in his own way and the boy appreciated it. He loved it when Jungkook would care for him in a way which would be so unexpected for the otherwise cold man. Jungkook would occasionally call him endearing names, buy him things that he didn't know he needed and would suddenly appear behind him when he was about to fall. It was like Jungkook had a sixth sense that his tiny husband was going to make out with the floor. Jimin would wake up to strong arms protectively holding him in his sleep. Jungkook would often sleep late due to his work and Jimin would fall asleep waiting, no matter how hard he tried to stay up. Things like these just made Jimin fall deeply for the man

It was Jimin's first birthday today after their marriage. They have been married for about 5 months now. Jimin was a romantic and he hoped for his husband to wish him first, but that didn't happen

Jimin woke up to an empty space beside him. He freshens up and goes to Jungkook's home office to see the man working with his glasses, in front of the laptop.

Jimin's breath hitches. He loved it when Jungkook wore glasses and had that serious look on his face. His husband was damn sexy.

Jungkook notices a presence and looks to see his beautiful husband staring at him

"Hey sweetheart... what's wrong?" Jungkook gives Jimin his full attention

"N-Nothing..."

Jungkook hums before focusing back on his laptop

"Today is a Saturday isn't it... you still have to work?" Jimin pouts

"Unfortunately yes... it's an important deal" Jungkook chuckles slightly

"Oh..." Jimin says looking down "...you don't..." Jimin sighs "....you don't remember about today..."

Jungkook frowns "Today? No...Why?"

"It's n-nothing... I just..." Jimin is overwhelmed at the thought of Jungkook not remembering his birthday. It was one of the first things they learned about each other during their initial talks "....could you take some time to be with me today?"

Jungkook smiles slightly "...I can't promise... but I will try..." Jimin's smile fell "...it's just that this mission is a do or die for me..."

Jimin tightly smiles before walking away

Jungkook tried his best to finish as much as he could. He saw how disappointed Jimin looked. He couldn't concentrate at work either but his work was important.

Jungkook back hug Jimin who was wiping dishes in the kitchen

"Hey babe... I am kinda free now... you wanna hang out for sometime before I have to get back to work?"

Jimin is happy even though the man didn't wish him and have a time limit for spending time together

Jimin decided to watch his all time favorite movie the notebook but he knew Jungkook didn't really enjoy it so he decides to watch Iron man. Jimin didn't like it much but what he wanted for his birthday was to spend time with his husband and he didn't want to ruin the man's mood when Jungkook was making time for him. Jungkook wasn't much for watching a movie since he did have to work but Jimin's pout made him cave
