Jimin is a new student at BangTan High. He moved to Seoul recently due to his dad's job transfer.

"Hi I'm Jimin... please take care of me..." Jimin bows in front of his class once the teacher asks him to introduce himself

Taehyung approaches Jimin as soon as the class is done and offers to be his friend

Taehyung was an overall friendly person - he didn't really have close friends other than a handful but he was someone everyone approached for anything, even teachers did. Taehyung was extremely popular in school.

Taehyung invites Jimin into his friend circle because Jimin is new and also so adorable

Jimin couldn't help but fall for Taehyung -the only person looking out for him

Jungkook was part of the friend circle but the man started avoiding Jimin as soon as the boy was introduced to the friend group. Jimin tried to be his friend but Jungkook always looked at him with his cold eyes and stern look that made Jimin feel bad

"Jungkook is like that..." Taehyung says when he sees Jimin pouting at Jungkook "...he is generally like that with everyone... it took a while for him to befriend us... he had no choice..." Taehyung chuckles "...his brother is dating my brother..."

"You are so annoying... can't you guys be quiet?" Jungkook groans

"Sorry... I can't help it... Jimin is so cute.." Taehyung says pinching Jimin's cheek

"Cute?" Jungkook scoffs "...is it because of his short height? Sure" Jungkook sarcastically chuckles

Yup, Jimin hated Jungkook from that day

Jimin doesn't need to know that it was Jungkook's defense mechanism to his growing feelings towards the boy, which the man himself didn't realize. Jungkook just hated that his thoughts, his sleep, his everything was getting affected by the boy named Jimin. Jungkook realised that Jimin likes Taehyung a lot and that made him restless even more. He didn't like the two being so clingy in front of him - it made him uncomfortable

Jimin becomes closer than ever with Taehyung and falls deeper for the man. He couldn't help but confess one day

"I really like you Tae..." Jimin says blushing

Taehyung is taken aback but smiles seeing Jimin smile

"I like you too... you are my soul mate... the best friend I could ask for..."

Jimin's smile drops "...Tae... I like you.... more than friends..."

Taehyung's smile drops as he stares at the eager boy's eyes "...I... did you do that assignment sir asked..." Taehyung changes the subject and Jimin doesn't ask anymore

Taehyung looks at the pouting boy

"I will think about it..." he says making Jimin smile with hope

But Taehyung starts avoiding Jimin after that

Jimin was really hurt by the man's behavior

Jungkook hated seeing Jimin hurting

"What's this?" Jimin asks Jungkook when the man just slides a banana milk packet onto his desk

"Had an extra, I don't need it... drink it before it gets warm again..."

"Come on.. I will drop you home... it might rain soon..." Jungkook offers a seat on his bike to the tiny boy
