Jimin was scrolling through his Facebook feeds during his lunch break at work when he gets a friend request

Ian? Do I know a Ian? - Jimin wonders as he goes through the man's account. Oh Tae and Yoongi are mutual friends? Maybe I know him from school

Hi - Jimin DMs him - do we know each other.. I'm sorry but I can't seem to remember you

Oh you don't know me... I'm just looking to make friends - the man replies - if you don't mind, that is

Jimin pauses - it wouldn't hurt to make new friends right

Jimin doesn't know what Ian looks like - the only picture was of his one eye as display picture, if it was his eye. Jimin had already put himself as his FB profile picture.

Jimin liked the feeling of talking to a stranger who knew nothing about him, per say. Someone with whom he could say anything without the fear of being judged. Someone who made him feel special by complimenting him and flirting with him. It became a daily ritual to end the night before bed by chatting with Ian. Ian became someone Jimin could freely and openly talk to, about Jeon Jungkook

Everyone was infatuated with Jeon Jungkook- the CEO of Jeon industries. The man was charismatic, hot, smart and sexy. But just as much as people wanted him for his looks and money, they wanted to avoid him as he was rude,arrogant towards them all

Jimin was no exception when it came to drooling over the man from afar. Jimin was an employee at Jeon industries, got to work with the man at times for presenting his ideas and was infatuated with him but of course didn't appreciate the man's rudeness

Aargh that man.. why can't he just appreciate me and keep it at that, instead of making it a rule to insult me right after. He brings up my confidence to the peak like I'm almost touching the sky and then just like that he has to bring me down - Jimin complains about his boss to Ian

Why is it bothering you this much? Don't tell me you like him. - Ian types

Jimin sighs - I do. What can I do? The heart wants what it wants

But why would you like him if he is as rude and arrogant as you say he is. Don't tell me you just like him because he is rich and like you said 'hawt' - Ian responds

I agree that I liked him first because of his looks. Money has nothing to do with it. But the reason I like him is because even if he acts arrogant and rude, I know he isn't - Jimin types

What do you mean? - Ian is confused

Well, I have seen him secretly help new trainees, giving them extra time for the deadline, asking their team manager to guide them and to report to him if they were having trouble. He never directly talks to anyone other than through the managers and whenever he talks to us, it seems like he is pissed off at us but that's not really true. I have seen him genuinely concerned for his employees. He is a good man... I think he just needs to act strict so that people don't take advantage of him

Ian was surprised at Jimin's words - How can you be so sure?

Jimin had been talking to Ian for a while now and developed feelings for the man. He really liked Ian but he hadn't gotten over his crush for Jungkook either. He is confused now whether he likes the flirty sweet friend online or his boss who is strict and rude but with a caring side

And so, Jimin decides to ignore his online friend

Did I do something wrong? - Ian types

No - Jimin replies

Then why won't you talk to me? - Jimin can almost imagine a pout on a non existent face

I don't know my feelings. I think we should stop chatting for a while

Ian is sad that Jimin was planning to avoid his texts. He knew it was finally time to reveal himself. That was the only way he could get the boy to talk to him again

Jimin was excited. He was trying to avoid Ian for a while but he wanted to know what the man looked like.

Jimin goes to restaurant that Ian asked him to come to

"Hi... I have a reservation... under Ian..." Jimin states and the waiter guides him towards one of the private rooms

"Sir... please ..." the waiter gestures him to enter through the open door

Jimin bows and then enters the room, his eyes bulge out when he sees the man seated across the table on front of him

Jeon Jungkook

Jimin immediately turns around and just as takes a step, Jungkook calls him

"Jimin"

Jimin slowly turns around and apologizes

"I'm sorry sir.. I didn't mean to barge in like that..." Jimin bows before turning again to leave

Jungkook chuckles as he stands up ".. where are you going Jimin?... didn't you want to see me?"

Jimin turns around surprised and gulps when he finds Jungkook just behind him

"Hi Jimin ... I'm Ian"

Jungkook had seen Jimin with Taehyung at the company. Jungkook's brother was dating Taehyung's brother. Jimin and Taehyung were thick friends since school days

Jungkook had seen Jimin's presentation and ideas and liked the smart guy and after seeing Jimin with Taehyung, he wanted to know more about the guy. He had caught Jimin staring at him at times and gathered that there was a possibility the boy liked him and so he wanted to know Jimin more but not as the boy's boss

He was even more interested in Jimin after seeing the boy play with Taehyung's children at the park. It was a family and friends office picnic - for bonding time. Jungkook wasn't supposed to go but he went there just to see how things were going.

The way Jimin held the baby and then played with the elder child made Jungkook's heart swell - he is going to be the appa of my kids one day

And that was the day - Ian was created

"Why are you avoiding me? I thought you liked me..."

Jimin is still shocked as Jungkook reaches out to hold his hand

"I really like you Jimin .. I... I'm sorry that I hid the fact that I am Ian online... I wanted to know more about you... but I didn't want you to hide things if you knew I was your boss... I wanted to know the real you... whatever I said about myself is true too, just the fact that I hid my real name... I hope you can forgive me and give me a chance.... I realized that I can't go a day without your messages...you are my sanity Jimin...you are my stress buster and happiness...I really love you...if you feel I am worth your time, could you please give me a chance to show you how much you mean to me?..."

A tear rolls down Jimin's cheek

"Y-Yes... I love you too..."

Jungkook chuckles slightly as he wipes away the tear

"I love you" Jungkook says cupping Jimin's face and leans down to kiss his forehead

"I love you too" Jimin sighs feeling the warmth of Jungkook's kiss
