"Hey" Addison smiles walking up to her sister who's at the nurses station.

"Hi, I'm with you today"

"I know, it's going to be like old times" the older Montgomery sister says.

"Please tell me you don't have any interns"

"No it's just me and you"

"Thank god, there really doing my head in"

"Morning" Alex smirks walking past.

"Leave me alone karev, that's what I mean" she sighs.

"He has a crush on you" Addison laughs walking away.

"No he does not have a crush on me no way"

"Scar come on your not that stupid, look at the way he looks at you"

"Yes"

"Oh god"

"What's so bad about it"

"He doesn't like me he likes Izzie"

"How do you know that"

"Because have you seen the way he looks at her and she acts all flirty around him" she says getting into the elevator.

"Do you like him"

"Add really I've been here for what a week I'm not searching for my future husband anytime soon"

"Ok"

"Can I just do work instead of talking about my non existent love life"

"Yes hey I'm just here to be your sister" Addison laughs.

"Hey anyway how are you and mcdreamy"

"Mcdreamy is what they call Derek now"

"Yep" the brunette girl laughs.

"What am I mcsatan then"

"I'm mcbitch so probably"

"Oh look at us"

"What's with the mcs though"

"No idea" Addison laughs.

"Morning" Derek says walking into the elevator alongside Burke.

"Doctor shepherd, doctor Burke"

"Ladies"

"You with Addison today"

"Mhmm" Scarlett mumbles nodding.

"That's good" Derek says.

When the two girls finally get out the elevator Scarlett laughs.

"Why are you laughing" Addison says looking at her younger sister.

"Was it just me or was that awkward"

"Oh god" Addison sighs making her way to the nicu.

"It was, you and Derek either need to screw it out or you two need to dump each other for good because I can't not deal with that forever"

"Bugs it more then that"

"Have you spoken to him"

"I've tried"

"Maybe try harder, add im your little sister your the one meant to be giving me advice about my relationships but your Derek and Addison, your both amazing surgeons, amazing people and I'll tell you one thing, you two wouldn't of married each other if you didn't love one another, you slept with mark, he's dating or not dating Meredith, you guys need to sort it out you two can't keep doing this, you can't keep walking around like everything's fine when it's not"
