Tomorrow is Scarlett's court date as the days go by, the more nervous she gets and she's became more nervous since she hasn't spoken to anyone for like two days, the only visitors she's had is her lawyer and rose and when she talks to rose she says everyone is doing great.
"Ugh" she sighs.
"MONTGOMERY"
"What"
"You have a phone call"
"Ugh" she groans getting up.
"Hello"
"Hey" Alex says.
"Hi"
"Hey sorry no one's came and saw you, busy with work"
"That's fine"
"You ok"
"I have court tommorow Alex"
"I know"
"Are you guys going to be there"
"Maybe, there some sort of surgery on"
"Ok" she says disappointed.
"How are you"
"I'm fine"
"Ok"
"Alex" she hears someone say to him.
"Hey sorry I gotta go, I'll speak to you later ok" he says hanging up.
"How is she" Derek asks.
"She sounds pissed off, I hate lying to her"
"I know but it's what we need to do to keep her safe, where saving her life tommorow and rose is going down"
"You know you don't have to be doing this, she is your girlfriend"
"Ex girlfriend" Derek says.
"You ok"
"It was never meant to be and anyway she's fucking with my sister, that's not acceptable"
"So um did you get the letter"
"Yeah, apparently everything in his name was left to scar"
"What"
"He was creepy, but the lawyer said we might have to fight rose for it"
"There not going to give a killer everything are they"
"We can only hope they wont"
"I should get back to work"
"Hang in there Alex, I know it's hard not speaking to her or seeing her but the end result is that you get to spend the rest of your life with her" Derek smiles.
"Yeah" Alex smiles walking away.
"Good morning" Kira says as Scarlett sits down.
"Hi"
"How are you feeling"
"Nervous, scared what if rose digs up magical dirt on me"
"She won't I can promise you that, have you spoken to anyone"
"I spoke to Alex today, that's it"
"I'm sure there just busy with work"
"Mhmm"
"Your court hearing will be fine, they have no evidence on you"
"What if they find some, what if she finds some"

"I don't know what if they get ct footage and it looks like me"
