Later, when she walks out the Seattle airport, she smiles widely as she spots Derek, Callie, Meredith and mark holding a sign that says "welcome home Scarlett"

"Ok mer texted they've got Scarlett and there on the way here now, George are the ballon's ok" Cristina says as her, Izzie, George, Alex, Lexie and Lucy stand in the kitchen of Meredith's house.
