Chapter 9- A New Life Begins

After last night's performance, today is a new life for you. Turning to the TV to watch KTLA 5 News for the first story, it's about last night's performance. Watching the screen you comment, "I wonder what they have to say now?" Increasing the volume you listen.

Kate Cassey: Good morning Los Angeles this is Kate Cassey bringing you the latest news. Last night's BTS performance is one to remember as we now know who the girl in yesterday's picture with BTS leader, RM, it is now believed to one of their backup dancers, (Y/N) (L/N). After BTS's hit song 'Mic Drop' had ended RM, the leader of BTS, called for the "Army" fans to give the undying love that they have for the band to (y/n) as she did a solo dance to their song 'DNA'. When the song ended she thanked the crowd for their attention and surprisingly the crowd erupted into excitement at (y/n)'s dancing skills. Social media was blowing up with her performance, even BigHit Entertainment went on their social media and commented on how brave (y/n) was for taking control of that stage. After the fans erupted into excitement RM comforted her as the members teased him for the cute display of affection towards her, (y/n) ended up hiding behind RM as she was embarrassed about how the fans were going to accept her. We have yet to hear from (y/n) about last night's fan reaction but hopefully, she will give her looks on last night's reaction and what is to happen next for the young dancer? When you turned the TV off you can't help but think, she's right, what happens next for the young dancer?

Now that the concert is over it's back to the coffee shop, the one place you wish you could quit but can't. Getting ready in your bathroom with music playing in the background the phone rings, "I wonder who that could be," sarcastically saying, "Hello?" Not surprised at all Anna is calling to see if you're coming in today or not, "Yes Anna, I'm coming back today. I'll be there in 10 minutes," hanging up the phone you head to your bedroom to grab your bag and head out. From a rock star with BTS to regular old me, thinking to yourself as you walk to your car and drive to work; parking the car people who either come get coffee or locals that you don't speak to are acknowledging your presence for the first time in your normal life. Opening the door to the shop time slows down as everyone gets up and claps for you and last night's brave performance, "There's our rock star! Don't let this fame go to your head," the manager says, "Don't worry sir, that's not going to happen," responding as you head to the back for your apron. As you step behind the counter Anna greets you, "Hey there rockstar. How's the celebrity feeling today," you smile at the word "celebrity" and how weird it feels being spoken to you, "I'm fine, thank you. Please no autographs," the both of you laugh together as the manager turn up the TV in the shop to listen to another local news, KCAL-TV. "Good morning Los Angeles Tom Graves here bring you an interview with the international K-pop band, please welcome BTS."

Tom Graves: Good morning guys it's a pleasure having you here.

BTS: Hello!

Tom Graves: So let me get this straight, pointing to each of the members, Jungkook, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, Jin, V, and RM.

RM: Yes. You must have done your homework.

Tom Graves: Yes I did. I didn't want to get your names wrong and stuff. *Tom laughs.*

Anna pokes your arm to get your attention, "Look who's on," looking up at the TV you blush at the sight of Namjoon. "I forgot they had interviews and stuff after the concert," you said in shock.

Tom Graves: Now talk about the past two weeks. What has it's been like for you guys coming from Seoul, South Korea to Los Angeles for concerts, interviews, TV appearances, and fan signs?
