Six months pass since you last saw the boys in Los Angeles and everything returned to normal, dancing on the corner is great, the coffee shop is doing great, and the hate comments disappeared. Every day and every night you text, call, and FaceTime the boys to get updates and see what's going in the world of BTS. Every time you talk to the boys they always mention how much they miss you and how much they want to come back and see you in person again.
You monitor BTS's social media to get updates on what their doing and even Hobi will occasionally send pictures of Namjoon either backstage at concerts, hanging out in their dorm, or at photoshoots; seeing the photos of Namjoon makes you miss him the most out of all seven of the members. Namjoon will constantly text you to see if you're busy or not because he wants to see your face, hear your voice, and read your words. He mentions how much the others tease him about you and tries to impersonate you to cheer him up which makes you laugh at the thought of the others impersonating you and how they do it.
Day by day you count marking how long the boys have been gone. You go through your everyday routine: wake up, dance on the corner, work, home, repeat. Occasionally at work, Anna will bring up the boys and ask how they're doing, especially Jungkook. Lately, at work, you've been picking up the extra shifts to collect enough money for a special surprise which is excellent but requires you to close the shop almost every night around 10 o'clock. Working these extra shifts are bringing you extra money every two weeks to save up for the surprise, but the only problem is that you get too tired to talk to the boys which upset them in your opinion. Anytime when the boys are free and want to talk to you have to reject them because you are too tired from the double shift so about every morning you wake up to a video message from either one of them or all of them talking about how much they miss you and how much they tease Namjoon about you.
One morning your boss texts you from the coffee shop to inform you that you have received a week off for working so hard and clocking in so many hours, this made you happy when you woke up. This week off gives you the best reason to lounge around your place or go somewhere that you never get a chance to go because you get busy easily. Entering your bedroom to retrieve your phone it buzzes to a notification, a video message from Namjoon sent at twelve in the morning; Los Angeles time. You open up the video and watch it from the comfort of your couch with a blanket wrapped around you.
Namjoon's video message: Hello (y/n). I guess you're asleep, sorry our time zones are different. *laughing* Um, I just wanna say that I miss you very much, like every day. The members tease me about you and they try to impersonate you which is weird because Jungkook can almost do it perfectly. *laughs at the thought of Jungkook impersonating you* I wish I was with you right now drinking coffee, walking around with you, and looking at your beautiful face. *he blushes* You made me the happiest guy alive and I can't thank you enough for it. Seeing you made me forget about being RM, being around you made me feel like the real me, the real Kim Namjoon that the guys see every day at the dorm. I miss you very much and I wish you were here in Seoul because it's beautiful here, especially at night when the lights from the buildings light up. People enjoy the nightlife when they have someone special next to them, and one day if you ever came to Seoul, I would love to take you to a special place that I know you would enjoy because you can see the whole city and their lights from a high point. Um, it's getting late here and I need my beauty sleep because an idol's image needs to be well maintained. *laughs* Anyways, I hope you enjoy your day. Don't forget about me, okay? Good night (y/n).
After watching the video you start to tear up at the thought of Namjoon taking his time and staying up late to send you this message. You replay the video multiple times and save it to your camera roll so you can never forget how sweet Namjoon can be.
