Barry has been playing with your daughter ever since she was born 2 years ago. You feel like he doesn't spend as much time with you as he does with Nora. You get jealous.

"Barry!" You call from downstairs as you are doing work on your laptop. "Yes honey?" Barry asked running down the stairs. "What ya doin?" You asked looking upstairs. "Playing with Nora." Barry said smiling. "She needs to take her nap bare. She hasn't taken one in a while because you've been playing with her." You defended.

"Well I can't help that I want to play with my adorable daughter." Barry chuckled. "Well why don't you spend time with your gorgeous wife?" You asked smiling. "Okay. But can I bring Nora down? She wants to see you." Barry said excitedly. "Sure." You smiled.

Of course you loved your daughter but Barry had a special connection that you couldn't break. "Hey Nora baby." You said as you took her from Barry's arms. "Mama!" She said clapping. "Hi dada!" She said trying to grab Barry and go back into his arms. "Hi Nora." Barry tickled her little stomach and kept playing with her in iris arms.

"See. You guys are obsessed with each other." You said offended. "Mommy sad." Nora said in baby talk as she put her fingers in her mouth. "No I'm okay sweetie." You assured your daughter. "What's wrong?" Barry asked you coming closer.

"You two have such a strong connection. I have none. I carried her in my stomach for 9 months, I ate for her I took care of her in my body and we don't even share any kind of connection. You would think we would have the strongest connection." You started to tear up. "Aww y/n. Maybe she wants to know about someone new. She didn't know me for those 9 months. Just a voice that was talking to her. I am sorry I haven't been paying much attention to you." Barry sighed.

"It's okay. You're right." You smiled weakly. "Let's go have some ice cream shall we?" Barry said as he took Nora and plopped her on the couch. "We shall." You smiled and took his arm and walked to the kitchen.
