"Dad!" Yelled teenage Nora from downstairs. "Yes Sweetheart?" Barry answered climbing down the stairs. "I really screwed up." She sighed. "Aww what's wrong?" Barry asked as he sat next to her.

"So you know how I have been telling you about this guy, Luke. And how he's super nice and sweet?" She asked. "Yep." Barry laughed. "Well I lost my chance with him." She rolled her eyes. "What happened?" Barry asked intrigued.

"Well you see, during my lunch period he is going to science, and that's a really busy time during the day and it's a pretty small hallway. So! I was walking while talking to him and I was walking backwards, and I guess I tripped on someone's foot and fell completely on my butt." She sighed. Barry chuckled a little but stopped.

"Nora that's a just a silly mistake! What did he do when you fell?" Barry asked. "He came to my side of the hallway and helped me to my feet." She scoffed. "Well at least he didn't just walk away. He was being a gentleman." Barry nodded. "Yeah but dad now he will think I'm clumsy and awkward!" She put her head in her hands.

"Nora listen to me- I am the most clumsy, awkward, random, weird, and quirky person you will ever meet. I get nervous and basically everyone does. And sometimes people like you and me made mistakes, and that's okay. You're an Allen honey, it's in your blood. And your also half west, so you know how to pick yourself up again." Barry chuckled.

"Okay. And I know I got the jeans from you dad." She smiled. "And it's not always a bad thing Nora, being nervous is a common thing or making mistakes, so let it be a lesson." Barry smiled.

"What's a funny story you have if you and mom?" She asked excitedly. "Well there's one: me and your mother were at jitters one day and I said "Iris, it's time to stop waiting and start doing. And your mother was mortified, because she thought it meant. Ya know." Barry laughed. "Oh wow right." She giggled.

"Whenever you mom wanted to talk to me alone I thought she was going to say that she liked me back and one day she did." Barry sighed. "So you're definitely not the only one who gets embarrassed." Barry stressed. "Thanks dad." She smiled and gave him a hug. "Anytime sweetie." Barry smiled at her as she left.
