Abilities: This Quirk allows you to give people terrible hallucinations of whatever you please. You can also give them hallucinations of their worst fears if they tell you what they are. You can either touch their head to give hallucinations to one person or you can give multiple people hallucinations by sending them via your mind. Most people assume you are a villain based on the quirk. Either way it will last for an hour.
