TRIGGER WARNINGS :
Damien POV Summer isn't as exciting as I thought it would be. It's been very calm and peaceful. But honestly, without the constant threat of Jackson, life has been boring. A good boring, but still boring.
I've already started studying for college since I'll be spending many years studying law. I want to be a lawyer and get good enough to be in major state courts.
I sighed and ran a hand through my hair. I looked up from the kitchen table with all my books to where Quinn was. He was sitting on the couch with his cat, Maple, sleeping in his lap. He was sketching something that he's been working on for at least an hour now.
Remus is god knows where, probably still asleep upstairs. Evan I could see out the window. He was working on the gardens around my house, saying it's a disgrace for them to be empty besides weeds.
My phone dinged with a text message. I opened the message and then sighed.
Remus 💚 - come fuck me
Me - no
Remus 💚 - why not
Me - I'm busy
Remus 💚 - too busy for me??? heater broken come warm me up
Me - it's summer and I'm busy preparing for college

I sat my phone down again even though Remus continued to text me. I sighed again and tried to go back to studying. Then what sounded like someone running down the stairs interrupted me.
