Henry's Point of View

"Alright, who wants to go to Hiddenville to pick a case of hydrosephric plasma for weaponry?" Rai asked enthusiastically. 

No, don't let anyone come with you!

"I would but I don't want to." Piper replied, twirling her beautifully made French braid. "What do you think my braids need? A bow at the end or glimmer braided in?"

"Glimmer, definitely." Charlotte replied. 

"Not it, sorry Rai but I promised Schwoz I would help him finish off his latest weapon." Charlotte added. 

"Which also counts me out, sorry Rai." Schwoz apologized. 

"I can't, sorry." Jasper replied, not looking up from his phone.

"And why not?" Rai asked. 

"I have to go home in about 15 minutes. My mom is forcing me to help paint the living room." 

"That means I have to go doesn't it." I groan. 

No! No it doesn't! Stay here!

"Yep!" Rai replies. "Also we're taking the incognito van instead of the Man Van." 

"Why?" Piper asked. 

"The Man Van is getting it's engine fixed." 

"Oh." 

- time skip - 

"How much longer!" Rai whined. 

I sigh from behind the wheel. "Another fifty minutes or so." 

"You said that an hour ago!" 

"No, I said that two minutes ago when you last asked Rai." 

"That was two minutes ago?" He moaned. 

"Yep." 

"It feels like we've been driving for ages." 

"Rai, we've been driving for fifteen minutes."

"We have been driving for so much longer than that." 

"Ok, that's it." I sigh. "You're driving." I pull over to the side of the road, ignoring his whines. 

Worst choice ever. Do not get out of this van. 

"What? No!" He whined. 

"You're driving." I say, climbing out of the van. 

Gods dammit you dumb ass, get back in the van.

Rai grumbles something about how driving was stupid and that he doesn't want to drive, yet he does eventually switch places with me.
