Scarlett's pov: We had just arrived in Spain after a long flight. Honestly I was so glad to be away from work, it's been so stressful. I just want to spend time with my daughter and husband.
We couldn't get into our villa for around another hour, so we decided it would be best to go to the shops as we need food anyway.
I put my hand out for Y/N to hold, and she immediately did, smiling up at me. I smiled back at her before walking into the shop. We had left Colin in the car because he didn't want to come in.
"Mummy I'm just going to look over there." I heard Y/N say to me.
"Okay bubs." I replied while continuing to look at the food.
Y/N's pov: I walked over to the sweets and picked up a bag, knowing my mum would let me get them.
Out the corner of my eye, something bright caught my attention. I turned around and was met with lots of toys. I slowly began walking over to them, forgetting all about the sweets.
Right in front of me now sat a toy I had wanted for a long time. I picked it up and turned around, walking in the direction I thought I came from.
As I turned the corner, I was met with a wall and a dead end. Tears began filling my eyes. I didn't know where my mummy was.
I sat down in the corner of the shop and cried, hoping my mummy would come and get me.
Scarlett's pov: "Y/N baby let's go." I called out to my daughter, waiting for her to reply.
After a few seconds of silence I turned around only to be met with an empty isle."Shit!" I mentally cursed myself. My 7 year old was lost in a Spanish store.
I grabbed the trolly and began frantically looking up every isle to see if I could see her. Once again I was met with very empty isles, making me worry even more.
As I made my way towards the last isle, I could hear crying and whimpering. I walked forward until I was met with the shaking form of my daughter huddled up in the corner.
Breathing out a sigh of relief, I crouched down and whispered, "Y/N, mama's here now, you're okay."
She slowly peeked her head up and I was met with her big tear filled eyes. When she saw it was me she jumped up and into my arms, burying her head into my neck.
"Mama I was so scared. I got lost and didn't know where you were." I heard her sob.
"It's okay baby. I'm here, how about we go and pay so we can go to the villa?" I felt her nod into my neck.
Giving her a kiss on the head, I made my way to the check out, glad to have my daughter in my arms.
