Y/N's pov:
Yesterday I had gotten back from filming a movie in England. I had been staying with Florence Pugh in Oxford, as we had been close ever since we did a film together a few years back. Mum had to stay in America because she also was filming a movie at the same time we were.

While I was in England, I asked Flo to teach me some British culture. For example, she played me some music, taught me what words meant, made me try different foods, we did a lot of sightseeing and everything like that.

I really enjoyed learning everything, especially hearing the music. Some songs were absolute bangers, but others were so fucking weird.

That's why today, I was going to play mum some of the songs that Flo played me. I wanted to see her reaction to them all.

I walked downstairs and sat next to mum on the sofa, "Hey mum, can I show you some British music?"

"Of course my love." She replied as I snuggled closer to her.

Scarlett's pov:
Y/N cuddled up to me and began to find some songs to play.

"Okay, so basically I'm going to show you two different songs. They are completely different and show both sides of British music. This one is called Body." She told me before playing the song.

After the song had finished I was in shock. It was awful. "Do they seriously listen to that? I could barely even understand what he was saying."

My daughter laughed before saying, "Yes mum, but then again not everyone likes that song."

"Yeh I can see why." I muttered.

"So next up we have a classic British one. This song is one that people come together in groups and sing it really loudly. Like when they are at a party or when they are drunk I guess. It's called Sweet Caroline."

Where it began, I can't begin to knowing
But then I know it's growing strong
Was in the spring
And spring became the summer
Who'd have believed you'd come along
Hands, touching hands
Reaching out, touching me, touching you
Sweet Caroline
Good times never seemed so good
I've been inclined
To believe they never would
But now I
Look at the night and it don't seem so lonely
We filled it up with only two
And when I hurt
Hurting runs off my shoulders
How can I hurt when holding you
One, touching one
Reaching out, touching me, touching you
Sweet Caroline
Good times never seemed so good
I've been inclined
To believe they never would
Oh no, no
Sweet Caroline
Good times never seemed so good
Sweet Caroline
I believe they never could
Sweet Caroline
Good times never seemed so good

Smiling, I looked over at Y/N and said, "Hey, I actually liked this one. I can see why they love this. It's very catchy."

Y/N beamed back at me and nodded her head in agreement. I found it adorable seeing her so passionate about something she had learned.

I began stroking her hair, "Did Flo show you all of these?"

"Yeh, and we actually had a small gathering with some of her and her sisters friends and they played loads of songs like this. I really like it there. It's nice."

"I'm glad hunny."
