I woke up to somebody knocking on the door. I raised up to see Zion getting out the bed so I laid back down. A few seconds later she came running back in.

"IT'S YOUR MOM!!" she whispered yelled

"What??" I asked sitting up

"She's at the door..." she whispered

"Shit!!" I said getting up

I went out the room to grab my clothes that were scattered all over the floor.

"Go open the door, I'm bout to slid on some clothes..." I said and she nodded

I flew to the room before she opened the door. I heard mom come in, spoke to Zion, and asked for me. Zion told her I was on the toilet cuz my stomach was hurting. That bought me enough time to clean myself up a bit cuz I ain't wanna smell like sex. I threw on a crop top and some black sweats. I came out the room holding my stomach to make seem like it was hurting.

"Hey mom, what you doing here??" I asked

"I called you to tell you I was coming down. You was supposed to call back but you didn't..." She said

"My stomach been hurting. Prolly had to shit..." I said looking around

"You've been grocery shopping??" She asked

"Yeah, Zion and I went earlier..." I said

"So, how's everything been between y'all??" Mom asked

Zion started talking as I looked around. I looked towards her room and something caught me eye. My thongs were on her floor beside the bed. I looked up at Zion with wide eyes. She looked at me with questionable eyes. I looked to her room and looked back at her. She turned towards her room and her eyes widened as she looked at me. Mom was talking so I cut her off to distract her.

"So, what you doing here mom??" I asked

Mom looked at me and I signaled Zion to get them off the floor.

"I was off work for 2 days and I thought maybe I could hang with you. Since I'm always busy so why not..." she said

"Awww mom..." I said smiling

I looked at Zion and she was smelling my thongs. She turned to see me looking at her so she put them in her pocket and smiled. I chuckled and shook my head. I looked back at my mom.

"What you wanna do??" I asked

"How about dinner tonight, me and you??" She asked

"Sure..." I said smiling

"You pick the place, send it me, I'll reserve, and come get you around 7..." she said

"Yes ma'am..." I said

I went to pick up my phone off the floor.

"Y'all gone finish putting these groceries up??" Mom said going to the groceries

She grabbed the bacon.

"How long these been out??" She asked

"Not long..." Zion said

"They're not even cold anymore..." mom said

"I'll put them up..." I said grabbing the bacon out her hand

"Well imma go but I'll be here to get you about 6:45..." she said and I nodded

She looked at me before leaving out the door. Once she closed the door and I threw a fork at Zion.
