Every year my mom throw this big ass party that everyone has to get dressed up for. This year I really didn't wanna go. Cuz first of all it's next month and I didn't wanna see them people. I was think about planning a one day get away for Zion and I.

I was currently in my bed waiting on Zion to come. That's when my phone dinged. I grabbed it.

(I changed Zion contact name cuz y'all were clowning me)

TheeProtector🤍: I'm not going to be there until later.

Me: Where are you??

TheeProtector🤍: Helping your mom with the party stuff.

Me: UGHH🙄

TheeProtector🤍: It won't take long baby.

Outta all the people she know, why Zion. I guess I'll go get breakfast by myself or Lani may wanna go cuz it's a weekday so Red and Crystal are busy. I grabbed my phone and called her. She picked up outta breath.

"Hello..." she said breathing hard

"Girl are you okay??" I asked

"Yeah..." she said
"Wassup??"

"I was tryna see if you wanted to go to breakfast with me..." I said

"Come here..." I heard Cam say in the background

"Not right now, I'll call you later..." she said before hanging up

Well damn.

I guess I'll be going on solo date. Mmm, maybe a self care day. Yeah, I like that.

I found me some to put on. I found a blue plaid flannel, grey sweats, with an off the shoulder white crop top. To match that I grabbed my blue ones. I sat my outfit out and took a quick shower. Once I got out, I moisturized myself, then I put my robe on. I did some makeup, put my clothes on then, fluffed out my hair. I put my shoes on before, I looked at myself in the mirror. I looked goodt. I changed to my black purse, cleaned up what I messed up, and left out. I got in the elevator and went down to the garage. I got in my car and realized I didn't have any gas. I ain't drove my car in so long, I'm always the passenger in Zion's car. I started my car and headed to the gas station. Once I got there, I got a fill up then headed to the Corner Baker. I was instantly seated. I looked over the menu to see what I wanted.

"Hey, my name is Jade. I will be your waiter today. Can I started you off with some to drink??" She asked

I looked up at her and she was a stud.

"Is that watermelon lemonade good??" I asked

"Yeah, it's very good. Some people will think differently, but it's one of my favorites..." she said

"Well I'm trusting your opinion. I'll take that. Can I put my food order in too??" I asked

"Yeah, you can..." she said

"I want the buttermilk pancake with bacon and scrambled eggs..." I said as she wrote what I said down

"Will that be all for you??" She asked

"That'll be it..." I said hanging her the menu

"Your order will be ready for you in a few beautiful..." she said smiling at me

"Thank you..." I said giving her a small smile

I grabbed my phone and texted Zion.

Me: I miss you 🥺
Me: do you miss me??
