Milan pulled off and I went up where Terry was.

"Y'all fighting??" he asked

"No, why do you ask that??" I asked looking at him

"Y'all look very tense..." he said

I sighed.

I know lately I've been very distant with her. I know it's taking a toll on her but I just need time. It's a lot happened when I went to see my family. Things that I'm not fully ready to discuss, things that hurt me, and things that I let make me feel this way.

Milan hasn't been fussing or fighting, we just haven't been talking really. It hurts, but we gotta talk about some things.

It was 7 and it was time for me to get off. I clocked out, grabbed my things, and headed home. It didn't take me long to get home. I grabbed my things, unlocked the door, and went in. I walked in and heard Milan playing with Zaylin. I heard him screaming and she was laughing. I smile spread across my face as I made it upstairs. I hit the door and Milan looked at me.

"Hey..." I said softly

"Hey..." she said before getting up with Zaylin on her hip

She only had on a bra so her belly was showing and she just looked beautiful.

She put Zaylin down and he crawled to me. He was in my face playing and I looked in his mouth and I saw another tooth. I put him back down, went to wash my hands then felt in his mouth. I felt a tooth.

"He has another tooth..." I said looking at Milan

"No he doesn't..." she said coming up to us

"Yes, he does. He growing another one at the bottom..." I said

He got 3 at the top and two at the bottom now.

She opened his mouth but he wouldn't stop tryna lick her fingers. She was laughing tryna see but he kept doing it.

"Bubba let me see..." she said laughing

He started talking back.

"I don't wanna hear that. Lemme see your teeth..." she said
"Say cheese..."

She said smiling to make him smile but it was so big. He did it and we started laughing so hard. I smiled at her as she walked away holding her stomach from laughing so hard. She put her hand on the wall tryna calm down but still ended up laughing.

"Oh my god, where did we get this baby..." she said laughing more

I walked up behind her, put my hand on her belly, and rubbed it. Her hand instantly went on top of mine as she leaned against me sighing with her eyes closed. We were standing there as I rubbed her belly and she rubbed my hand.

"I'm sorry..." I said softly

She turned around and looked into my eyes for a moment. Then, she reached up and wrapped her arm around my neck hugging me. I wrapped mine around her waist pulling her a bit closer careful not to squash her stomach.

Her face was in my neck and she was taking in my scent making me smile

"I missed you..." she said softly against my neck

"I missed you too baby..." I said making her smile against my neck

She pulled me closer.

"Your stomach..." I said moving back

"I'll be fine..." she said pulling me back

"I was thinking we can talk tonight..." I said making her look up at me

"Yeah, we can..." she said
"Mom wants us to come to dinner with her, Melody, and King..."

"Not tonight. I just want a shower and get in the
bed..." I said

"I told them Zaylin and I were coming. So we'll go then you can whine down and we'll talk when we come back..." she said still looking up at me

"Okay..." I said nodding

She lifted up.

"I'll get him dressed so you can go ahead and get ready..." I said

"Okay..." she said

I went into his room and sat Zaylin in his crib.

"What you wanna put on today??" I asked him

He started babbling making me smile.

"You wanna go chill or dress up??" I asked

"Chill..." I heard Milan say on the baby monitor scaring the shit outta me

I went into his dresser to get him some olive green joggers and a white onesie. I changed his pamper, wiped him off then started getting him dressed. I moisturized his arms and put him in some white socks. I combed his hair a bit to get it a bit fluffy.

"You look so handsome Man..." I said standing him up as he squealed

I smiled as I fixed the leg of his pants. I picked him up and we went into the room. I walked in and saw Milan had on a white romper. Her baby bump was showing, she was so cute in it.

"You look cute..." I said smiling

"Thank you..." I said walking up to us

"You gone show off your baby bump while going with them??" I asked

"They already know..." she said

"How??" I asked

"I don't know. We were talking about Zaylin and she asked about the other baby. I'm like what and she was like they been knew cuz they know me..." she said

"Mmmmmm" I said nodding

"Look at you Bubba..." she said rubbing his feet

He started kicking excitedly making her smile. She sat on the bed and started moisturizing her legs and feet. After, she slipped on some clear sandals. She already had ankle bracelets on. She put on a bracelet and fluffed her hair out. She sprayed on some perfume then they were ready to go. We headed downstairs and out the door. I buckled him in, gave him a kiss, and closed the door. I walked to her cuz she had the door opened as she started the car.

"We shouldn't be long..." she said looking at me

"Okay, tell them hey and I'll come next time..." I said

"I will. Did you want anything back from the restaurant??" She asked

"I still got some of the food you bought me earlier, imma eat the rest of that..." I said

"You sure??" She asked

"Yes, baby..." I said making her smile

"I'll see you later then..." she said putting her seat belt on

I moved closer to her. She looked at me and I grabbed her face. I leaned down and kissed her. She instantly started kissing back. We slowly pulled away and I pecked her lips two more times.

"I love you..." I said

"I love you too..." she said smiling

I pecked her lips again before closing her door. I stood at the door as she pulled off. I went back into the house and locked the door.
