*Zion

She turned her back to me and I ran the towel in the middle of her back. I started gently washing her back trying not to hurt her. The small blood stains were coming off. I bathe her whole back and shoulders. I moved lower but stopped.

"Do you wanna bathe your privates??" I asked

"I really can't do too much moving. But I can try if you don't wanna..." she said

"No, I was just tryna make sure you were comfortable with me doing it..." I said
"I'll do it tho..."

She nodded. I started running the towel down her body. After I finish, I told her to turn and she did. She dropped her arms. I put more body wash on the towel and start bathing her front. I started with her chest and moved my way down. I got every part of her body to make sure I got all the blood and things off. I rinsed off her body and cut the water off. I picked up the drying off towel and opened it up. I helped her out the shower and wrapped the towel around her body. I grabbed her oil and lead her back in the room. She sat down on the bed and I started rubbing it all over her.

"Did they give you another gown??" I asked her

"Crystal was supposed to bring me clothes..." she said

"You know I always have my duffle bag and it has clean clothes in it. You can wear some of mine if you don't wanna put another gown on..." I said giving her a suggestion

"Yeah, I can do that cuz I don't wanna wear another gown..." she said

"Okay, I'll be back..." I said and she nodded

I grabbed my keys and left out. I headed to my car, unlocked the door, grabbed my duffle bag, and went back in. I went to the room and she was still sitting there.

"I got a few shirts and shorts..." I said and she nodded

I pulled out the clothes I had so she could take her pick. She picked what she wanted and I gave her a new pair of briefs I had. I helped her into the clothes and put the rest of my clothes back in my duffle bag.

"What you going to do to your hair??" I asked taking the towel off her hair

"If you can, put in leave-in conditioner. You can just leave it out..." she said

"I can put it in 2 braids..." I said

"You can braid??" She asked looking at me

I chuckled.

"Yes. I can braid..." I said putting my things back in my duffle bag

I started putting in the leave-in and combing it through. After I was done, I parted her hair in the middle and braided her up. I helped her laid back.

"You need anything else??" I asked looking at her

"Can you try and call mom again??" She asked

I picked up my phone and called her. After the 3rd ring, she answered. I gave the phone to Milan and she put it on speaker.

"Helloooo..." Mona said

"Hey, mom..." Milan said

"Hey Sweetie, is everything okay??" She asked

"Everything is fine, but I was wondering if you could bring me some food..." Milan said

"Of course. What you want??" She asked

"Maybe pizza..." Milan said

"Okay, I'm going to go get it right now. Where is Zion??" She asked

"Right here..." Milan said looking up at me

"Ask her do she want some too..." She said

Milan looked at me.

"If you want me to stay I'll have some..." I said looking at her

"Yes, she'll have some..." Milan said

"Okay, we'll be there in a minute..." she said

"Okay..." Milan said before they hung up

She handed me my phone and I sat in the chair beside her bed.

"You've talk to Crystal, Red, and Lalani??" I asked her

"Yeah, this morning. They said they were all coming later..." she said and I nodded

We were watching tv.

"Zion..." she said softly

I turned and looked at her.

"Yes..." I said

"I wanna say Thank you, for everything. For bringing me here, making sure I've being okay even tho I told you to leave, and definitely for today. I know you prolly had better things to do so Thank you..." she said

"You're Welcome Milan. I told you whenever you need something I was here. Despite you telling me to leave. I mean I can't blame you but I'm still here for you..." I said looking

She looked at me for a few seconds and nodded. We started back watching tv for like 30 minutes before the door opened. Mona walked in with 2 boxes of pizza and Melody had 4 drinks.

"Hey..." Melody and Mona said at the same time

"Hey..." I said with a smile

"Y'all ready to eat??" Mona asked

"I don't know about Zion, but I am..." Milan said making grabby hands at the pizza box

Melody passed her the box and passed us our drinks.

"Thanks..." I said to them

They smiled and took the other box of pizza to the other side of the room with them. Milan sat the box of pizza between us. We all ate while watching tv.
