"Zion..." I heard my name being called

Milan and I both turned to see who it was. It was 3 of my cousins standing there. All of us are all around the same age.

"Unc said you were leaving??" Greyson said looking at me

"Yeah, you know how they are. Disrespecting my family, I can't have that..." I said

"Understandable..." he said

I pulled Milan closer and wrapped my arm around her waist.

"Baby these are my cousins Greyson, Tee, and Lady. Y'all this is my girlfriend Milan..." I said introducing them

"Hey, nice to meet y'all..." Milan said waving with a small smile

"You having a kid??" Lady asked smiling looking at Milan's baby bump

"Yeah, we are. We just found out we're having a boy..." I said smiling rubbing her stomach

"You always said you wanted your first child to be a boy..." Tee said smiling

"I told you, baby. I've been talking about this for a long time..." I said looking at Milan

"Well you got him..." she said smiling at me

We talked and did a lil catching up.

"We gotta keep in touch so we can come visit often..." Greyson said and we all agreed

"Let me get y'all numbers..." I said

We all exchanged numbers then we headed out. We were on the elevator. I was behind her so I wrapped my arms around her and placed my hands on her baby bump.

"What are you in the mood to eat??" I asked

"I don't know. I want something good tho..." she said placing her hands on top of mine

I kissed the back of her neck before I started naming things.

"Soul food does sound good right now..." she said as we walked out of the elevator

"It's one down here where the older people cook at, it's so fucking good..." I said mouth watering just thinking about it

"Let's go there then..." she said and I nodded

We made it to the truck, I helped her in, and we headed there. The hospital wasn't far from the restaurant so we made it in no time. I helped her back out and we headed in. The aroma of food smacked us in the face and Milan squealed making me laugh. At this place, you seat yourself. I picked a booth, and we sat down and looked through the menu. Milan looked so beautiful rubbing her belly as she looked at the menu. Her eyes traveled from the menu up to mine making me smile.

"What baby??" She asked grabbing my hand

"You look so beautiful..." I said kissing the back of her hand

"Thank you..." she said softly

The waiter came up with a smile.

"Hey, I'm Rhonda. I will be your server this afternoon. Can I start you guys off with a drink..." she said looking at us

"Can I get a lemonade with no ice in a to-go cup, please??" Milan said and the waiter nodded

"I'll take a Sprite in a to-go cup..." I said

After writing it down, she left, and we continued looking through the menus talking.

I honestly wouldn't want my life to be any other way. I have an amazing relationship with my beautiful girlfriend who's pregnant with our son. Life is definitely the best right now. I love it here.

The waiter brought out our drinks with straws. We started ordering our food. Milan got pot roast, cabbage, macaroni, yams, and cornbread. I got garlic mashed potatoes, lamb chops with shrimp on top, and asparagus.

After ordering we gave her our menus.

"How are you feeling??" I asked her

"I feel great..." she smiled while scratching her belly

"He's been active today??" I asked

"Yeah, he scared me earlier cuz he wasn't moving. I pushed down on my stomach a few times and he started moving..." she said

"Let that mane rest cuz he'll be out in 2 months..." I said

"I knowwww. I'm ready to meet him, but I'm lowkey scared about giving birth..." she said looking at me

"You going to do great baby. We've been doing everything that we know that's going to help you have a smooth delivery. It going to go extremely fast and smooth..." I said rubbing her under the table

"Thank you, baby...." She said smiling

"You're Welcome, baby. I love you..." I said smiling

"I love you..." she said blowing me a kiss making us laugh a lil

We were talking about all of nothing when her phone started ringing. She answered it and propped it up.

"Milan..." I heard her mom said

"Yes Mom..." Milan looking at her phone.

"I'm out shopping with King and look who I ran into..." Her mom said

"Oh my god, Heyyyy..." she said waving and smiling

"Hey girl. I haven't seen you in so long..." the girl said

"It has been a while, how have you been??" Milan asked

"I've been amazing girl. Staying out the way being a mother and wife..." she said

"No better way...". Milan said smiling

"You're glowing..." the girl said

I've been telling her that since she was like 3 months pregnant. Her pregnancy glow was so beautiful to watch develop. Her whole pregnancy she's been mostly natural. No makeup, natural hair, and I've been loving it. Everything about her just makes my heart pound and makes my stomach flutter. I'm just so in love with her.

"Well I am pregnant so..." Milan said making the girl on the phone squeal

"Really??" She said

"Yes..." Milan said before standing up and turning sideways to show off her extremely cute baby bump

While she was showing off her bump my hand was on her ass. Her ass was sitting in this suit. I didn't notice before, but now that it's in my face.

"Oh my god, your bump is so cute..." she said making Milan smile harder

"Thank you..." she said sitting back down

"Do you know the gender??" She asked

"I'm having a boy..." Milan said

"Awww..." I heard
"Who's the father Titus??"

I scrunched my face up and Milan turned hers up.

"Ewwww, Fuckkkk no..." Milan said shaking her head
"My baby doesn't have a father. He's blessed enough to have 2 moms..."

Milan said before holding the phone up so we both can be in the camera. I waved with a small smile and she waved back.

"Y'all are cute..." the girl said smiling

"Thank you..." we said together

They talked a bit before we started talking to King. We hung up and just started talking.

"You know, I love that you aren't afraid to show me off. Like normally when it's a girl's first time being with another girl they don't show them off immediately. But you've always wanted to show me off even when we were a secret..." I said looking at her

"I wouldn't dare hide the person I love. I'm in love with you, I'm going to forever show you off..." she said making me smile

I leaned ova and kissed her.
