Cooking: The two of you make dishes from your cultures. He obviously does Italian foods, you do (Whatever a relevant food is in your culture, if you have an "American Culture" just pick your favorite meal)
The past: You and Rossi have a pretty big age gap, some things he went through, you weren't even alive for. So, he would tell you stories about them.
Affection: The most PDA he does is holding hands, kissing the back of your hand, and maybe a quick kiss. When you're at home a lot of cuddling happens and slightly longer kisses filled with love
Cases: Certain cases bring him back to bad times and you always help him through it.
Family: When you first met his daughter Joy it was a but weird, seeing as you were close in age, she didn't like you very much but got fonder as time went on.
Dates: He buys you flowers (I'm not a fan of flowers tho) a makes a reservation at your favorite restaurant. You go on a walk in the park and admire the stars together.
