Zhuang Yan did what he said, so he came to the art group to block people at noon.

He didn't let Xie Ning be told when he came. He sat on his legs in the outside living room, holding a magazine in his hand, and flipping it casually.

His gaze swept across the closed door of the art group office every few seconds, and every time he swept it, the expression on his face became black.

When someone passed by here, they couldn't help but light up their steps and slip past cautiously.

The art assistant filled Zhuang Yan's empty tea cup with trepidation, and opened the door of the office under his expressionless gaze, and squeezed in.

"Old, boss."

Xie Ning was calling him before he could react, frowning and painting on the drawing board.

The art assistant had to increase the volume: "Boss!"

Xie Ning was really not very used to this name. After a daze, he came back to his senses, slowly pulling away from the painting.

He put down the digital pen, turned his head and asked: "What's the matter?"

The art assistant cried and said: "Director Zhuang probably has something to do with you. He has been waiting outside for a long time. If you are finished, go and see him?"

Xie Ning was startled, and subconsciously looked at the current time.

12:24

It's almost half past noon.

Xie Ning pursed her lower lip and became nervous inexplicably, "Why... no one told me."

The art assistant didn't know what they were playing with, so he spread his hands: "Director Zhuang said you know, let me not disturb you."

Xie Ning saw him trembling, even more dazed than him, so he didn't ask anything else.

He slowly cleared the table, pushing the door out as if going to death.

Zhuang Yan gently placed the magazine in his hand on the table and raised an eyebrow: "It's finally figured out."

Xie Ning knew that he was wrong, and stood in front of him cleverly: "I'm sorry."

Zhuang Yan was so angry that he wanted to pull the person into his arms and knead it, but it was a public place after all. He was worried about Xie Ning's thin-skinned face, so he only reached out to fish out the windbreaker.

Xie Ning was taken by him to the parking lot by elevator.

Zhuang Yan couldn't help but knocked Xie Ning's forehead when he got out of the elevator: "Do you know how long I waited for you?"

Xie Ning shrank her neck: "Why don't you let people call me."

Zhuang Yan raised his eyebrows: "You came out with a shout?"

Xie Ning walked behind him step by step, nodded, and remembered that he couldn't see it, and let out a soft nasal sound: "Yeah."

Zhuang Yan has long legs, and Xie Ning really can't keep up when walking with long legs.

Zhuang Yan slowed down, and reached out his hand to fish Xie Ning to his side: "What then? Ask someone to call you every day, so that you can remember to have lunch?"

Xie Ning shook her head sharply: "No... just occasionally forget the time. Sometimes people don't think about it until they come back after eating."

Zhuang Yan sneered and added: "So you just don't eat it?"
