"Enjoying yourself?"

Glancing up at August, I smiled and answered 'yes'

Glancing up at August, I smiled and answered 'yes'. We were settled at the villa and this place was beautiful. Looking down on my lap, or son sat there playing with his toes. The weather was perfect as we lounged poolside. Watching other families, I smiled.

"What you think about using the babysitting service they have and we go to dinner?" He asked.

"I don't mind, seeing as how we'll be right downstairs."

"I was thinking the same thing but it's once you're comfortable."

Looking up, I smiled. Wrapping his arms around me, he kissed me on my temple. After lounging and chatting for a bit, noticing that most of the guests who were by the pool had left, we decided to get in for a bit.

"He really loves being in water." Aug spoke.

"Just like his mommy." I smiled as I held him.

At some points, I allowed him to float on his back and by his peace, he was very contented. It always surprises me how alert he was for an almost three month old. Though, child care and education is my career field, it seemed different as he's mine.

"What you thinking bout that got you so quiet?"

Shaken out of my thoughts, I gave Aug my attention. Now holding our son, I swam over to them. Wrapping my arms around his waist, I kissed my son on his cheeks then Aug on his lips. Kissing back with passion, I couldn't help but moan.

"Well shit." He smirked.

"I was thinking about how blessed I am."

"Yeah?"

"Yes." I smiled. "As much as I miss home, I don't want to leave you. I really wish you didn't have to work but I understand you do."

"I wish I could go back with y'all to, believe that, but we'll be good." He kissed my cheek. "You ready to get out or you want to stay a bit?"

"I'm staying a bit."

"Aight, well I'll got this one."

Making his way out, I swam a for a bit before relaxing and floating on my back. Satisfied with time spent in the pool, I got out and was greeted by Aug holding the towel open for me.

"You know he rolls." I chuckled.

"He's fine." He smiled as he wrapped the towel around my body.

Looking at my son, he was sitting slouched on the lounge chair.

"Look at him Aug." I walked off going to him. "Come here mommy's love bug. Daddy got you all smushed."

"What? He was good when I placed him." He chuckled.
