I'm starting this before I finish my normal OoO AU story and as I write this I'm still debating if I add some of those characters, so if they are added to the story and you're confused on who they are, check out my book "Locked Away", all of the chapters for that are being written before any have been posted if so it doesn't help yet, parts are probably just not uploaded yet. (This may be uploaded before chapter 1 of "Locked Away" is uploaded, so if you don't see it on my profile, that's why)
I thought out this story a lot before I fully started to make chapters which is why the cover is a bit strange, it's because originally their powers were going to be based on the classes from a game called "Dragon Raja" so I made the cover weapons from what Bryan and Inpu's classes were going to be, and I'm not changing it because I spent 5 hours trying to make sure it was accurate to the game and fitting for both of them.
I don't fully know how dark/dirty this story will be, but I will put a warning on the chapter and set the story to mature depending on how dark or dirty the story will get. This has not been decided as this has been written and there is a chance it won't be changed if I forget.
In this world, instead of them being demigods, everyone is human, and those with extra features are called hybrids (I only decided to stick with what's commonly used because I didn't feel like coming up with anything else)
Angel hybrids are considered rare because mafia commonly killed them for their wings due to the fact there were many rumors surrounding them with many being false, most large cities have rules protecting them with the promise of a city wide man hunt if an angel goes missing and death penalty to whoever took them away (meaning someone could order someone else to kidnap an angel for them, but the person who took the angel from wherever they were would be charged, not the person who ordered them) however the large mafia cities don't have the rules due to the fact they mostly control government there.
When the story starts, Inpu has been taking control of his father's mafia for a few years and has a fairly bad reputation when it comes to lovers (will be explained in the prologue) and often sends fear into other cities when he sends a small groups to collect items they need or get rid of people they need to get rid of. It's also not uncommon to hear gun shots in the neighborhoods next to the city they mainly stay in.
