At the start of the following moon, You awaken from your slumber slowly. The truth of your circumstances hits You almost immediately, and the shock is enough to nearly send You staggering as You rise to your feet. At long last, Aisa has been found, and she is there in the monastery waiting for questioning. You will finally have the chance to hear what she has been hiding all this time... Though You have no idea if You will be ready for it or not.

Seraphine: We have to be ready. We've been left waiting for more than long enough. Aisa might be content with keeping her secrets until the end of time, but the rest of us aren't going to let her get away with it. Now that she's here, she's going to talk. She has to.

You nod and say that the other leaders of your army would never let her get away with her secrecy even if she tried to hide what she knew from them.

Seraphine: Cordelia in particular is looking forward to hearing the truth. I can't say I blame her... If I worked for someone for years and then learned from an outside source that they had been lying the entire time we were working together... I would be pretty upset too. I would want to hear everything from beginning to end the instant I was given the chance.

You say that it is a miracle Cordelia has not forced the truth out of Aisa already given how eager and anxious she was about it before.

Seraphine: All the more reason for us to go and talk to her and Aisa now. I don't want her to get overly excited and decide to leave the rest of us out of this.

You nod and start to make your way up to the cardinals' room. You find the leaders of your forces standing inside, and the atmosphere is tense. This does not surprise You in the slightest, so You take the tension in stride and pull the door closed behind You.

Eli: Professor... Alright. You're the last one we were waiting for. It's time for everything to come out.

Raithius: This has been a long time coming... Though I don't know if you really know what all of this is going to entail, Lady Aisa.

Aisa: I... I heard the rumors on our way back to the monastery. You have heard a less than favorable truth about the past of the continent, have you not?

Magnolia: You're calling it a truth right from the start... I can't say I'm surprised at all. You know there's no point in trying to deny it anymore.

Aisa: You are all already aware of what I am about to tell you. At this point, all you are searching for is confirmation, yes?

Cordelia: So it seems... Are you going to give that to us? I don't want to make this into a struggle for everyone involved, you know.

Aisa: I will not force it to be either. If you want to hear the truth of this land... Then I will share it.

Chris: We heard from a few Agarthans that in the past, they were the ones who ruled over Fódlan. The goddess and her children arrived later on.

Aisa: Yes, they did.

Raithius: And there was a war for control of the continent after the goddess' death... But the ones who had the Crests were on the opposite side of the war. They were fighting with the Agarthans.

Aisa: This is true.

Cordelia: Damn it all... I knew you were going to say something like that, but... There was still a part of me that didn't want to believe it.

Aisa: The Crests are not precisely gifts from the goddess as you all have been led to believe. Instead, they were made from the blood of her children. The Crests are powers that were granted to the Nabateans who inherited the canyon of Zanado from their mother. The Crests were taken by force from those who were killed in a massacre of the goddess and her children in the Red Canyon.
