While walking around the monastery, You overhear a few voices chattering softly nearby. You hesitate, wondering if You should investigate them further. In the end, You decide to do so, recognizing the people involved in the conversation as Morgana and Liram.

Liram: Are you sure about this?

Morgana: I am... I can't let them get away with this. I understand that it could be dangerous, but it would be best if we went off to take care of everything as soon as possible.

Liram: I would prefer to do this with the full power of the army at our backs, but that's probably not going to be an option...

Morgana: And it doesn't need to be. I'll be able to take care of things on my own. All you have to do is trust me.

Liram: It's not a matter of me not trusting you, Morgana. I definitely trust you. The problem is that I don't know if I can hold the same faith in the people you're going to fight.

Unable to hold back your curiosity any longer, You enter the conversation and ask what they are discussing.

Morgana: Ah, Professor... I didn't realize you were listening in.

Liram: What brings you here?

You say that You overheard them when You were walking by, and You were worried about what they were talking about.

Morgana: You don't need to worry. I just... I heard a few things about people running around near my home territory, and I wanted to investigate as soon as possible.

Liram: You don't need to keep it a secret from the professor, Morgana. You can be honest.

Morgana: I... Well... The truth is... I think the people in question may have something to do with the human experimentation.

Your eyes go wide with shock.

Morgana: There's something of a precedent with them being in Riverbane territory, and I feel like I need to investigate as soon as possible so that I can catch them in the act. I can't let them get away with everything they've done. I need to do something to stop them.

Liram: But I don't know if I trust her to be able to handle it on her own... It's dangerous.

Morgana: I thought you said that you trusted me.

Liram: I do, but... Oh, you know what I'm trying to say.

You offer to go with them to investigate.

Morgana: Are you sure about that? You really don't need to come if you don't want to. The last thing I want is for you to feel pressured.

You shake your head and say that if she's anxious about going to investigate on her own, then You would be more than happy to come with her and help to make this easier.

Morgana: I appreciate that, but the last thing I want is for you to push yourself too hard when there's already so much on your shoulders...

You tell her that everything is alright. You would not be offering to come with her unless You knew that You would be able to handle it.

Liram: How about this? Why don't we all go together? We can bring a small force, and the rest of the army can stay here to guard Garreg Mach. It'll be fine.

Morgana: I still don't know about that... But something tells me it's going to be the only way I can get you to agree to this.

Liram: It is.
